[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such an awesome set from LEGO. The town has so many different stores and people. It is so detailed. It did take a few hours to put it all together. We did put together a few sections at a time, we didn't do it all at once. Once we did have it all together, we have left it put together and have continued to play with it and add other pieces to it, other people, cars, store fronts, etc. There really is no limit to where you can take it.

My son loves this set! It was straightforward for him to put together by himself. I so appreciated the REAL life inclusive figures like a parent with a baby (yay babywearing!) and a man with his seeing eye dog! Representation matters! THANK YOU LEGO!
The new roadbrick tiles are the game changer! Not only does it make it easier to play and look more realistic, but it truly expanded the imagination possibilities seeing my kids play and interact with them. 
This city set it just such a wonderful diverse set that my two oldest have found common ground playing with between the park, car wash, trucks hauling, pizza place, cops/robber. It's a wonderful set, would be a great gift and we're so excited for these road bricks!

A Game Changer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter loves legos and this lego city was just what she wanted. She loves cars and playing pretend with little characters, and this lego city is the perfect combo of those. This was a little too advance for her to build as she is only six, so I was the one who mainly built it. It was easy to build and the instructions were clear. After all is put together, it seems rather small for the price but my daughter loves it. All in all I think it's a great addition to our legos and can't wait to add to the city as well with other city lego attachments. I think that's why I like it, is that you can add to it. I would definitely recommend this to any family that has lego lovers.

Nice set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this set to my son for Christmas and to say he was overjoyed is an understatement. He's 8 and had no difficulty putting this together! It made for some bonding moments for my children, as my 12 year old joined him and they each took a part of the town to put together. The instructions are really easy to follow. I highly recommend this set!

Love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a great LEGO set! My son and I had an absolute blast putting this together. He's 8 years old and I didn't not feel this was too challenging for him. He assembled most of the set while I read the instructions to him. I love the road plates and that there are other sets in the series that allow them to connect together. There are so many details in the set that make it awesome. The car wash actually has little brushes that move on arms when you push a car through. I love the little recycling bins and there are little bottles you can put in them. The price point is a little high for me, but I understand LEGO sets can be expensive. It took a couple hours to assemble but we took many breaks in between. I think overall it is a great set and I look foreword to more additions in the City collection to add to it.

Awesome set!

LEGO's new city themed sets are a disappointment. The road pieces don't match with the road baseplates that LEGO has been selling for years. The cost continues to rise and this one just isn't worth it. I will say that the car wash is pretty cool. The buildings themselves aren't back, but the way everything is packaged and the price just isn't worth it. Hopefully LEGO can do better with its city products.
