Directions are easy to understand and follow for independent building.

My son was absolutely delighted when he received this. He loves vehicles and has been jealous of older siblings Legos. this is the perfect little kit for him. ready to follow instructions for younger children and less pieces for assembly compared to kids geared toward older ages.

My 5 year old loves Lego! These little sets are perfect for a quick build and simple enough he can do these on his own. I really like hatch in the back of copter as well as burnt hot dog accessory was funny. Great set

I liked how the helicopter was mostly put together and you add the propeller and shield and other legos. It does seem more like age 5 or 6 and up.

my 4 yo grandson helped me put this together. he was a little faster than i was in getting it completed. he plays with it every time he visits.

The only reason I would not recommend this LEGO set is because of its price.
I was lucky enough to find it on sale and added a promotion code to the sale price, which made it very conveniently priced for my budget!
Very few pieces in this set and the helicopter was mostly put together already (plastic part)!
Definitely not a good deal for original retail price.
