Was sent a notification that it was back in stock, after being sold out at Christmas. It was delivered in a reasonable amount of time, and now will be a birthday present.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son loves it...like obsessed! The ship itself comes in 2 pieces, you snap together and you continue to build on top. The length is 24 in. It actually floats! We had lots of fun assembling all the additional parts. We love the variety in this box: the submarine, the diver, the helicopter, and even a shark & manta ray! I also appreciate that the crew was a good mix of men and women. The detail is incredible, with a keyboard, and even mugs used to drink for the crew. I love that the crane on top can rotate. The parts are easily removable and many compartments make it fun for much longer than expected. So much fun, even for me!

This set is massive but not hard to build. It has many interactive features and actually floats on water

The directions are very easy to follow. My 8 year old son had a lot of fun putting this together and playing with afterwards. There's so many cool details. It actually didn't take long to build, literally took an hour to do it. I really love this set.

This product is amazing every little thing in this set are in good quality, it's super fun to build especially when your built it with your Son/Daughter.

There is a lot of detailed items on this ship so it took awhile for us to put it all together. I think it probably took close to 5 hours. The only downfall is that once we got it put together, the kids wanted to play with it in the bathtub and well that didn't turn out so well so now there are parts that need to be put back together. Overall it was a lot of fun to put together and I definitely recommend.

My 7 year old received this as a Christmas gift. He built it in the morning and was in the tub playing by lunch.

Yes it floats and the ship doesnt turn over easily. It makes for a lot of playing in the water.

The set has a lot of fun features that make it extra special. My kid actually liked the giant boat pieces. I know this rubbed people the wrong way but to hear that a kid liked it I was forgiving about it in terms of fewer bricks.

A huge boat, huge fun!

Was an extremely fun build, though there were a lot of stickers. I had no difficulty building it, and had a lot of fun playing with it in a baby pool! I will say that it is semi-annoying that the sunken boat does not sink properly. Other than that great build and great fun!

As with all lego sets you have to be organized and able to follow directions. These directions were great and the 3 of us were able to do multiple steps at a time. We did have to stop and come back to it later but the boys were so excited to get it done and we did. Love legos and this set did not disappoint.
