This LEGO set is a fantastic addition to any household with multiple toy cars. It keeps my toddler engaged for hours in pretend-play mode. He loves organizing, building, and creating little stories around the vehicles. It's a great way to encourage imaginative play and keep them entertained without screens. Highly recommended for parents looking to spark creativity in their little ones!

It is much larger than you expect from the packaging, but works well with Lego vehicles. Unforutnately, it's very slippery and thus doesn't do well with keeping any of the figures themselves on it.

Don't get me wrong, I love the street sets. They add space and dimension to my city build. I just wish they were a little thinner to match the baseplates of the buildings.

Why so thick?

LEGO

Lego's are almost the only “toy” type items my twin grandsons want. They build constantly. I got them these base plates and a few others kinds so they can put their creations on it and easily move them to different shelves for display. They love being able to do that.

Road

If this is going on a hard surface, then it would be completely fine but if your kids are going to use it and then have it on carpet, it does not stay together at all, unless you were to superglue it altogether.

The plates don't stay together. As soon as you try and connect one plate to another, the whole thing flexes and disconnects another one you've already done. It comes apart so easily especially at the yellow joins at the crossing bits. Really really disappointing.
