Can be fragile in some sections, but also features well-designed modular construction.

I had a great fun when I build it.With some difficulties it was not at all boring.To put lamps in it were challenging.If there were missing some parts it was easy to get some new for free.I bought a special nippers for plastic material.With it could I make new parts from old one`s among other things.
It were instructively to build this set.

Hello to all, and yes as said in the title finally a much hoped return, as many at the time I had not been able to buy this model that made me sparkle my eyes. Today it is done, received yesterday afternoon, I set to the task after dinner and I did not see the time pass because once finished it was already 6:00. It took me a few hours to finish this wonder that sera added to my small collection.

Finally, an Unborn Return

...And this time we are entitled to a breathtaking remake with as a change the decorations of the box and 1 more piece for 30 (humor). More seriously, for some time Lego has been making product remakes with some changes like the Etoile Noire (with its 200 pieces in addition for 100 ) or the Carousel and especially the Millennium Falcon which is now, the biggest Lego in number of pieces and prices especially (Homage to people who could not have it first because of the speculators who sell them at 1500 on the LBC instead of the People who are impatient to have it, even if I for example will have to wait a very long time ...). But fortunately, some have been avenged by Lego thanks to this "New" Taj Mahal released from base in 2008 and which was, before the appearance of the 75192, the biggest Lego in the world sold level coins. No need to pay it at 4800 instead of 32999. I don't know if you had the previous version but, I who missed it because I was too small, I am extremely satisfied with this "remake" that can occupy me during a day of construction, or more... For what have not, take advantage in because it would be stupid not to get one of the 7 wonders of the world in Lego on Christmas day (maybe for you... in any case I was reserved by the new modular whose we still do not have the visuals and this is worrying, hoping to have a quick answer to this very soon... But I hope, just like you, also not to have a rush of the Taj Mahal before Christmas if the sera gift the next one like 75192) Of course, I recommend this set if you do not have the means, like me, to take you the Millennium Falcon. Finally even without means or not, this set will do your day as well as your living room or your room (each its tastes) for the beauty of your eyes as well as others (only if you gave them permission, humor). PS: In line, would it be possible to have a remake of the set 10181... D

The year of remakes continues.

Outstanding display piece that provides a challenging building experience for an adult. As a bonus, it hasn’t generated mini-fig debates amongst ‘adults’ and there is no tortured storyline like you get with the modular building series. Keep these large piece count buildings coming!

What’s not to like?

A great build for a breathtaking object that is worth a lot of repetitions (due to the symmetrical architecture of this landmark).
Need some room for display.

Quarantine time Covid19 in the UK, I could not stop!

As a novice Lego builder (my first Lego Creator), I loved the build and the finished product looks amazing.
The developing teams are genius!
I look forward to doing more Lego landmarks!

Stunning and great build experience

I completed the Taj a few weeks ago and it looks amazing! I have had several compliments on it and really wish I had another kit with more pieces. It took me almost five weeks but I enjoyed every second. A few steps were a bit repetitious but all in all, the build was fine.

Taj Mahal

I am actually writing this on behalf of my daughter's experience. (There is no category for her age--she is 12--so I selected the closest option.) She received this kit for Christmas and is enjoying the build immensely; she is about a third of the way through the structure after spending part of a couple of days on it. I believe her enjoyment disproves the idea that this set is inaccessible to children. In the past she has also built the tower bridge, Big Ben, palace cinema, detective's office, Parisian Restaurant, pet store, and others. The Taj Mahal is one of her favorites!

Very pleasant to mount this Taj Mahal as a couple; it is easy to share the task, most of the elements being symmetrical, or in 2 or 4 copies. The manual is well done. The rendering is really superb. This largely compensates for the simplicity of assembly (we are far from the gearbox of the Bugatti Chiron). Dismantling also without a hard point. The small orange key is a real 'more' welcome. One small regret: the 4 minarets. their structure is not very rigid as an 'anti-seismic' solution (soft roses); it is surely voluntary and intelligent, but a little frustrating (games). at the next reassembly, we will assemble them at the very end (step 15); their presence is rather annoying to set up the main body of the mausoleum Au global: congratulations to the Lego teams for this very belle box

Superb

I loved building this kit. Many parts of it are very challenging to assemble. If I were to criticize anything, it would be that after I completed the build, I was moving the bottom portion and it disconnected at the seams and I dropped it. I essentially got to build the bottom part twice. All in all though, it is a beautiful piece and I am excited to display it for many years to come.

Awesome until moving it

Buyer beware of missing/wrong parts. On bag 3 I was missing 4 pieces. It's never happened to me before, but fine, I get it, it happens. Ordered replacements, they arrived, ready to go again - for about 2 hours. Now, on bag 6, instead of the two 1x3s I need to finish the second facade, I have two 1x4s. 

This build was supposed to be relaxing for me and it's been anything but. 

I wish I could have put time to finish at infinity, because with 7 bags left to go and parts missing/wrong from a third of the bags already, I'm not sure I even WANT to finish.
