Build

This is the very last jungle set I had yet to buy. I was very excited to get this set and spent an excruciatingly long time building it. This build was so hard because of its way of using the pieces. I love all the little caverns behind the mountain, especially the sleeping area for the alpacas. I think that the lava explosion mechanism was a little finicky, but if you hit the lever hard it will explode two ‘lava bricks'. I feel like the medical element was missing, but I can easily add that to the small hut. I love the zip line, as it was very fun to have Mia climb up the rocks and slide down from the balcony. The last set I built was the tiger jungle set, which I felt was an average difficulty. I was not expecting this set to be that hard. It took me a very long while. I like the log raft and the helicopter was super fun! This set is so tall, and the gems are overall my favorite piece. I have loved my LEGO experience, and would choose the LEGO friends jungle sets over every other theme. Although I have found some bad reviews insulting LEGO in multiple sets, I just want to say LEGO is my favorite toy and I will always buy your products. ❤️

Hard build, fun details!

It wasn't simple to assemble, but not too difficult either. I have to admit, it was pretty cool looking after she put it all together and she loved it had 3 alpacas in the set. Great Lego set for a great price and several hours of fun for my daughter.

Great Product

She really loves animals and rescue toys and it's really hard to find toys taylored to girls that have this theme. She was so excited to put this set together and even more excited that it came with 3 alpacas. The helicopter was a seriously wonderful added bonus. She loves playing rescue with the helicopter and carrying an alpaca in the basket. This is just a challenging enough set that it takes her a little time to put together, but the perfect amount of difficulty to help her build her skills. Hands down I would recommend this set.

Hours of fun!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set is bigger than I was expecting. It came with enough “extras” that it keeps my 9 and 6 year olds busy for hours. They love that it came with alpacas. It took my daughter about 1hr to put it all together by herself. They love that it has a helicopter with a rescue basket and it has the log boat for rescue's too. They were so excited that it not only had the huge main rescue center, but also the smaller vet office with a zip line connecting them. I definitely recommend this set for anyone who has kids that not only like animals but using their imagination.

Excellent LEGO set!

This set goes nicely with her Jungle Rescue Base and Panda Tree House sets. The set was easy to build and holds up well to play. There are three alpacas that are included in the set and all are very cute. We are looking forward to more animal themed sets in the future.

Fun to build and even more fun to play with

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Legos, a classic way to bring fun and creativity into my kids lives. I have a 5 year old and a 7 year old. I got this originally for my daughter, since it was more themed for a girl, but my son had fun with the set too! They both really enjoyed putting this Alpaca Mountain Jungle Rescue lego set together. Assembly directions were fairly easy to follow. My kids only needed help with a few parts. The set itself comes with quite a few fun pieces; like a helicopter, some rescue kit pieces, a flashlight, and of course the cute little alpacas. The theme is animal rescue, so it made it simple for my kids to use their imagination and get hours of playing time in even after the whole set was built.

This had over 500 pieces and it was easy to assemble and took almost 2 hours. The children really liked all the animals that came with the pieces. It came with a little helicopter, birds, bats and the characters plus alpacas and boats. It was fun putting it all together and using the Lego app and manual to put it all together. I recommend this for a weekend where you have hours of bonding time.

Lego fun with family

They were so engrossed throughout and loved every moment of building it. They were so pleased with the final result and loved building it together as a nice team and fun activity. My kid's new favorite

I buy these sets for my 10 year old twin nieces and their 5 year old sister. First the good, this is a super cute set. We love the Alpacas and the jungle theme. However we were really disappointed with the build. It was simply just too simple. The build for the mountain had a lot of large pieces and was an uninteresting build. Legos first and foremost should be about the build. We have several (at least a dozen) of the Friends sets and this is the first time we felt like the set was dumb down for girls. I hope that isn't the case.
