This was my first big Friends set, as an AFOL (adult fan of Lego), and it absolutely holds up as an engaging, fun build that is an awesome addition to my Lego city. It actually opened me to purchasing more Friends sets, as they really are delightful sets. Bonus points for the fact my niece and nephew love this Lego line and thoroughly enjoy playing with my Friends sets. I highly recommend this for all ages!!

They had so much fun they didn't even want to stop to eat.  Since that time, they have spent hours playing with this set.  Overall, it is a great toy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter absolutely loved building this set. She took her time and read the directions to do this on her own. She is eight. She really enjoyed the truck and loved the little people. This kept her busy for several days.

Loved it

I can't believe how amazing and beautiful this set is. It took quite a while to build because it's huge, but I love every colorful detail it has. I love how bright and cheerful it is, and how elegant it looks, and how it fits with both the friends theme and the modular building theme. It's actually perfect in every single way. It's not at all hard to build, and it's a very enjoyable experience, with all the cute little room details and building embellishments. It looks wonderful on display and brightens up a room! Just like the new pet day care center (Friends set), which also has similar cheerful colors and cuteness! These two are my all time favorite Lego sets, and I own hundreds! These two also look wonderful displayed side by side! :)

The most beautiful one of all!

This Friends set is worth the extra price.  We would have liked to have seen more of the original Friends in the set, but we like the diversity of characters it comes with.  My daughter has LOVED putting it together, and it comes with plenty of stickers which she enjoys.  It's been a lot more like building a modular, which I think has made her feel very proud of herself because the end product looks really good and she seems amazed that she built it herself.  I like that the instruction booklets come in parts.  It's allowed her to stretch out the build over several days keeping her entertained for longer which I as the parent appreciate.  Please make more sets like this one for the Friends line.

Best Friends set EVER!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a truly colossal Lego set! When it arrived, it took all the will power in the world not to start it until my daughter was available. We started with the little grocery store, and it kept us entertained for a long time. I can't wait to keep building other sections. The set is really well designed so that you can enjoy each little modular section, combine them all, and then re-combine them in different configurations. It's a very well designed set, and is also very detailed, with special pieces and stickers from grocery store items, household items, etc. I was also so impressed that they included diverse characters, including a character with a wheel chair-how thoughtful! This is just a wonderful set, and I'm sure it will keep both me and my daughter entertained for a long time.

Impressive lego set!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I was younger, and now my kids too, would use regular Legos to set up a Street experience like this. However, this set is complete and so much easier, it is bright and colorful and all the characters make it so much fun. The assembly is also is so much easier than using regular blocks, and so I was able to put together with my almost 4 year old. After that he had so much fun role-playing too. Clean up is also definitely a breeze with the larger blocks, as opposed to having to out away tiny blocks and misplacing them!!

Amazing set

Her imagination is so fun and exciting. She plays so many different ways like rescue, shop, beauty salon and so many other things. I love playing with her with these legos and even listening to her play from another room.

So I start building and they are a BUNCH of legos missing and the Lego characters are all mixed up I'm SO mad I've bought 3 so far and this one it the worst one yet if you want to waste money buy this. This was a waste of money and time.
