I bought this a while ago, and finally have had a chance to build. it. Other than the size, I love this HP set! The fact that there was so many options for minfigs was amazing! Plus you also had the option to customize your trunk to your favourite house if you wish, or change it with all the extra pieces to do so. I have watched videos of people that received this product for FREE to review it and they have said this is the worst set of all time!? I STRONGLY disagree! The only downfall of this set is that the box made it seem that is was going to be a bigger build than what turned out to be. So although it is small(er) than expected, the selection to be able to make up your own minifigs, and to be able to change the trunk colors to your fave house(s) made this set for me!

It's especially nice when our imaginations are giving the best, we can always trust that there is some kind of build we can put together.  This build is extra special because we're all Harry Potter fans at my house.  The instructions were simple and easy to follow, all the pieces were there, and they felt sturdy and made out of good materials.  I would definitely recommend this product.

Another great build!

The only thing i can think of that would be a negative is that it is time consuming but, considering how many pieces and the stickers added to that it is completely understandable. I absolutely love this set. My oldest son and I spent some time building and watching a HP movie. Definitely buy this set if you are a HP fan!!!

Awesome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter is a complete Potterhead. She is obsessed with Harry Potter so to say she was excited to receive this set is an understatement. Seeing her excitement putting it together was so awesome. It took a bit to put together since we had to step away but it was a good time working on it with her. And the final product brought her so much joy.

Our favorite set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter loves the Magical Trunk Lego set.  603 pieces so it took her a bit longer to put together than some other sets, but she followed the directions and said it was pretty easy.  She loves that she can create her own characters and make different scenes using the same pieces.  Her favorite accessory is the sorting hat.  My favorite part as a parent is that it packs up into the trunk and she can carry it without dropping tiny Lego pieces for me to step on.

I think her favorite part was using all the minifig pieces to create her own characters. It's also comes with tons of stickers to customize the trunk. She can set the scene different ways depending on how she wants to play. I definitely recommend this for any HP enthusiast!

Super Fun Build

After getting and building this set, I find it disappointing. The price is way to high for this set. Yes the pice count makes it seem like it's a good price. But it smaller than you would think, and about a 8th of the pieces don't fit unto the set at once and can be easy to lose.
