Happy to have found this LEGO set through Walmart, as the LEGO store has already retired this particular set.
As always, Walmart online provided the lowest price I could find while searching for purchasing options.  
I have not assembled this 3000  piece set yet but can't wait to do it doing our next family gathering.
I have read many comments about this set including poorly assembly instructions and difficult building, but I just look forward to the fun of putting it together!

Honestly loved building this! There were a couple of parts that I had to redo, but that's more me rushing than anything wrong with the instructions. 
Detail is fantastic and I feel like I got value for money with the size of build! 
Creating the branches at the end was a bit tedious, however that's true of anything repetitive!

First big build

This LEGO set is fantastic. The design is so well thought out. Delivery and product were exactly as expected. The set is challenging and fun. I worked on it for a few hours every day during the pandemic and it took about 9 days so kept me entertained. The end product is display worthy for sure. Etsy sells light kits and display case for these so I might get those so I can permanently display it. Really great buy. Definitely worth the cost.

Beautiful, fun and worth every penny!

My daughter picked this out for Christmas. She's so excited! The box is huge! It's definitely worth the sale price as it has 3036 Lego pieces. It only took a couple of days to get here and was packaged well.

Highly Recommend

I mostly enjoyed this build except for the too dark instructions. It is very difficult to distinguish between the dark and medium browns of the tree in the instructions. The finished product is very nice and I will enjoy changing the leaves to green in the Spring.

Treehouse

This set is awesome! The details they put in to each part of the treehouse is incredible. It does take some time to build but totally worth it. Would recommend everyone to have this in their collection.

Fun build

I gave this to my 13 year old son for his birthday.  He loved it.  It took him a few days to build, which is great because he usually flies threw Lego sets.  It had a lot of fun surprises and fun things to build.

Nice big set.

While we love the way this build turned out, we did have a couple issues with it.  The first issue is that we are over 60+ years of age and use the "LEGO Builders App" for all of our kits that have the instructions on the app. The problem with this particular kit is doing the build itself, in that even on the app, it's hard to see where a lot of the pieces go due to the fact that the colors are green on green, brown on brown, etc. You can only zoom in on the screen, it doesn't rotate so you can see gaps, etc., and the pieces you are working on don't have the highlight. The ability to rotate and have highlighted pieces for placement would make this kit much more enjoyable to do. We did do a variety of the leave colors so that we don't have to change them out, which is definitely not as easy as suggested could be done. Living in the southeast in the U.S., we call this 'changing of the colors,' which happens every fall.

Issue #2 is that the roofs on top of the 'rooms' just don't seem to be as nice as they could be - there are fairly large spaces between the four sections of each roof, and they 'wobble,' instead of being strongly connected as one roof.

Tree House

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My girlfriend and I each purchased this and spent $10  each on shipping. The items arrived with a USPS label slapped on the lego box itself and shipped without a packaging box. Why were we charged shipping then? Both items arrived completely destroyed. Incredibly disgusted with this.

Item was not shipped in a box. Arrived damaged.
