This has to be my favorite set LEGO has ever made, perfect battlepack, BARC speeder and AT-RT walker are a bit oversized but other than that this set is perfect. If you don't buy this then I don't know what you are doing with your life. I have been a huge LEGO fan for years and I put in my research, you can trust when I say this set is amazing.

Everyone loves the 501st and clones as a whole! I am obsessed with this set and am always checking my local stores for it. LEGO needs to make more Clone Wars set. I am a big LEGO Star Wars follower and I look at YouTube and Reddit news on this subject, and everyone in the LEGO Star Wars community loves Clone Wars sets. There are rumors that LEGO is doing all original trilogy sets in January, like a TIE Fighter, X-Wing, and an imperial shuttle, sorry to say but many don't like that. I am still planning to buy one of each of those three if they really do come out but if you want to make some real money, release some clone wars sets, remember to add a decent number of clones because that is what everyone in the LEGO Star Wars community loves. Some set ideas for you, re-release the AT-OT and Republic Dropship, anything with the 212th legion phase 2 clone troopers, sets with some named clone troopers (preferably phase 2)! I could go on and on about this, just please know, if you made a wave full of awesome clone wars sets with a good number of clones, they will be selling like hotcakes, you will run out of stock within hours, you won't even now how much you will be able to sell and all the money you could make. Please, take my word into consideration.

1st of all the figs are great. you get 4 501st troopers who all look absolutely amazing. You also get 2 battle droids so you can build your clone army and your droid army. The builds...although they are oversized and inaccurate they capture the image. After all we've never got a mini figure scale* AT-RT ever so its not much of a bummer. The speeder however is really a disappointment. Lego has never gone so big on a Star Wars speeder before so I don't know why they made this one so big. It was very unnecessary. However it's very easy to mod both of these to make them more accurate. Nonetheless the main reason you would be buying this set if because of the mini figures and they certainly don't disappoint.

Anyone who tells you this is a bad set is crazy

I first heard about This set on YouTube. It looked pretty cool so I checked the stores to see if they where there. There weren't any so I waited. Months later I finally got one I was so excited I didn't believe it was real I believed it was an empty. This set is perfect I don't know why they didn't make it before. This set is worth time and money

Definitely worth your while

This set is amazing. Id like to say it is just about as close to a perfect Lego set as you can get. Its perfect for army building and even if you don't army build, its a fun and affordable set that offers a huge amount of play value. I've bought three of these already and I absolutely love them to death. Because of the amount that are being sold it is likely that you might get a misprint figure. Other than that its a great set that I cant recommend enough.

Lego at its finest

i have bought 9 of these in the past 6 months.  i have dodged power bills to buy these.  the at-rt and barc are definitely bigger than they should be but they're well-built and so satisfying to put together, whenever life gets overwhelming i run to the lego store to get another one because it lets me forget about my problems for an hour.  the clone troopers are fantastic, i wish the hips were black like the clone troopers from my childhood but otherwise it's a great battle pack and a great way to build a phase 2 clone army.  if i had to choose between paying my rent and getting 36 more of these i would have the best clone army the streets of miami has ever seen.

This is the first set I've purchased since I was 13 (26 now - married and 2 babies). I wanted something fun for May the 4th so I bought this set for me and my wife to build together. 

I have to say the experience of building a lego together was amazing (she loved it!)

The Clones are my favorite - especially the 501st Legion (OG Battlefront II was my life). Owning 501st troopers in Lego has brought this old joy to me that I first felt when I built my 2004 Millen Falcon at age 9.

So happy Lego put out this set. It really sparked a flood of childhood memories in such a short build! Thanks for a great build. I hope we see the 212th someday!

I had looked for 3 strait months for this set after its release in August with the dream of finally having the capability of building a grand army of the republic from my most favorite legion of all time, this is what battle packs should have been since 2012. The wait was worth it, its a great over all build with an excellent selection of figs where getting more than one is good. Absolutely love this set would suggest it to any Lego collector young and old and I plan to buy more before it is retired.

The set was a quick but fun build, both vehicles look great and have some nice detailing with the stickers. The 501st troopers look really good, I just personally had a slight misprint on one of the 501st trooper helmets and a slight misprint on the 501st jet trooper helmet. Nothing too severe just a little off center. Other than that the set is great if you like the 501st and goes well with the new AAT (75283)

Bought this set for my son's birthday. Great looking set all around and I love the colour scheme and the 4 clone troopers make this a steal. The main reason for the set was that my son wanted a AT-RT walker. The disappointment is that the walker no longer stands on it's own - it just flops over. My son is a good builder and took it apart and put it back together a few times - after all, that's what lego should be for, right? Unfortunately this seems to have loosened the hinges in the legs so now it won't stand. Sadly, my son doesn't play with this fine looking set any more and I've downgraded the playability score as a result.

Note that we have followed the directions carefully - this isn't about HOW we built it - it's that it wasn't meant to be taken apart, which really, is something lego should be made for.

Great looking, great value, disappointing quality

I was hyped about the set since august but did not have the opportunity to pick it up until recently because stock keep running out. I was quite happy with it til I saw the flawed prints on the helmet on the pictures below. I bought 3 sets, built and played with 2, and 5 out of the 8 figures had issues with prints. When you examine the center ridge, the prints are off. I tried to mark it in red to make it more apparent but it should be rather obvious if one took a close look. Maybe I am oversensitive about this but this kind of printing did not impress me. It seems to me also that this kind of issues have been happening for a while now, since I also bought a set containing R2D2 a while back and it had a very crooked printing where the center dome print is off and sideways. I did not care then since I had other R2s, but this set and 5 out of 8 had some kind of printing misalignment is not really impressive to me.
