AT-AT

My grandson was thrilled.  Lots of little pieces to keep together but was worth the reaction I got.

Awesome Gift

I was thrilled to find the product at Walmart for my grandson. I cannot review the product because he has not opened his Christmas present

When asked, "What do you want for Christmas?" our grandson secretly confided that he hoped to receive Star Wars Legos for Christmas. Even on the FaceTime screen, we could see the longing in his eyes and the anticipation in his voice as he spoke about the AT-AT and Luke Skywalker's X-Wing. We did not want to disappoint him. 

I shopped for 3-days, at multiple stores, at both early and late hours to avoid the crowds and the rapidly spreading Covid variant. The Star Wars Legos were sold out and nowhere to be found. Each day, as I left the house, I heard Grampa Mike say, "You should shop online." Each day, as I went out the door, I said, "But I want to wrap and mail the gift myself. I want him to feel that the gift came from us." Each day, I returned home tired, with aching feet and a growing fear that I would not be able to find the gift our grandson so desired. Then Grampa Mike said, "You should really look online. Maybe one of your stores will have them online." I grumbled, "Why would any store have them online when their real stores are sold out?" "Just look," he said.

I sat down at the computer with a hot cup of coffee, a cookie and my comfy slippers on my feet. I tried Amazon and Costco and Target, but no one had what I was looking for. Then I typed in "walmart.com." As soon as I typed in "Star Wars Legos" in the search bar, THERE THEY WERE! I heard a chuckle. I turned around to find Grampa Mike, standing behind me with his coffee mug and a half eaten cookie. "You never believe me," he said with a grin. Ordering those Legos was as easy as 1-2-3!

On the FaceTime Christmas morning gift-opening, our grandson was over-joyed. Grampa Mike told my shopping spree story to the whole family.  Then he said, "Here's the moral to the story: If you need something, don't shop til you drop, go to walmart.com!" Don't tell Grampa Mike, but I couldn't have said it better myself. ;)

Same price, and i got it in two days............... thanks......my grandson will go nuts when he sees it............my Lego/Star Wars grandchild.

Big box, big gift

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Lego set was very easy to build and the details were amazing. From the rope lower gear to the exterior opening and closing all around very nice. More budget friendly than the higher priced one.

Great Lego Star Wars Build - At At

Package was as described, original, and in good shape. What I didn't realize was it was a secondary seller via Walmart, much like an eBay but not as streamlined.  Overpriced when compared to eBay.  I'm sure it was listed that it was through a secondary market, but not easily identifiable.  Such is life.

Love the set and it will go nice with my Lego Star Wars collection.  I was not impressed with the shipping as I was given multiple delivery dates only to have it change the day it didn't get delivered. I was first told it would arrive on Monday, then Wednesday, and then if finally showed up on a Thursday. So that part I didn't care for all that much.

Great product, Iffy shipping

This product is not real LEGO brand. I received this reply from the supplier when messaging them. 

"Dear friends, Thank you for contacting us. I'm sorry that our products are from another supplier, so there will be small differences in the products, I hope it will not affect your mood. But the materials we use are of high quality, so you can use them with confidence. Looking forward to your understanding and acceptance. Best regards,"

I am displeased, as the image and title of the product both clearly state LEGO. I would expect better vetting of 3rd party vendors from Wal-Mart.
