what a great little set. probably one of my favorites. i really like the dueling based play features with the sliding, rotating mining droids. its very similar to the 2005 set that its very focused on playability. but its also a good looking set to display as well. the price isnt bad and these minifigures arent the most common at the moment. the color and overall look of the set is quite accurate and the foldable design is cool because there are different ways to duel. i hope that lego continues to make these cheap lightsaber duel sets. there are lots of other battles that would work well for these sets. thumbs up if you want the lord of the rings sets released again.

duel on mustafar

LEGO

One of the iconic duels in the Star Wars saga. I like how it's nice and compact and captures the main theme of episode 3. Mini figures are great and I really love the angry face Anakin Skywalker. Can't really think of anything that is bad with this set for the price. Highly recommend getting it before it retires.

Great small set

I remember the first time that I watched the Star Wars series film was in 2003--Revenge of the Sith. At the end, Obi-wan and Anakin had an epic battle at Mustafar, which is one of the most famous dual scenes in Star Wars history. I am glad that Lego displayed this scene well by this small set. The movable rocks and the two positions of the lava racks make this set very good to play, and I enjoy to see different scenes provided by this small set. Minifigures are also good: the two faces of Anakin display the change from a Jedi to a Sith, and Obi-wan was so determined in the dual until he won, but also heart-broken by his apprentice. The colors of this set are also very good, and the contrast of bright and dark colors highlight the theme of Mustafar. This Mustafar dual is much better than the light up saber dual (Lego #7257) released in 2005, and I am glad that I got one before this set is sold out online.

One of the Best Small Star Wars Scenes

Very nice Lego set! Great price, and fun, too! I think the only thing that would make this better is a Darth Vader minifigure. Would recommend!

A duel that won't be forgotten... IN LEGO!!!

A family member purchased this set for me and it was such an awesome gift to receive. I've built a lot of Lego sets in my life and while this set wasn't anything revolutionary, it was still an amazingly pleasant set to put together!

The Mustafar duel is one of the most iconic moments in all of Star Wars and this set elegantly captures the scene even with only 200 pieces. You have everything you need to frame the battle. I was extremely impressed by how they created minifig scale play features while also creating establishing a massive lava fall, river, and bridge environment. It really makes it look like the minifigs are fighting in the foreground while the lava planet is existing in the background.

The set is has lot of playability with the revolving droid and platform and it's also excellent for posing so you won't be disappointed if you prefer to play with or model your set. The set can even compress or expand so you have lots of modeling options. The building process itself was quick but a lot of fun with very little repetition and it's always nice when you get to use lots of transparent pieces for lava.

Like I said, this set is not revolutionary, but it's accomplishes it's goal of representing an iconic scene perfectly and you get even penny's worth. Regardless of if you're a beginner or a hardcore Lego fan, you can't go wrong with this set!

A Simple yet Excellent Set

PROS:

-- The clearest thing I have to say about this set is that it's really cool how it can fold to be either a horizontal chase-like scene or a square one. It's not obvious that it's capable of this, but it is. The set has clearly had talented design work put into it, and said work shows.

-- This is also not obvious, but the platforms are on /tracks/, meaning you have a dynamic battlefield.

-- So the first thing a lego enthusiast will see looking at this set is all the trans. orange pieces -- and it certainly doesn't disappoint on that front, there are 48 in total including the extra piece. As is known, trans. pieces are relatively rare and great for making beautiful things, such as spaceships.

-- The droid is just very cute. Such adorable trans. purple eyes.

-- Double expressions for Ani/Kenobi.

CONS:

-- There's a flick-fire for three lava studs, meant to be a spray of lava or a burst of sparks, but if you lift one end of the battlefield even a little, they'll fall out quite promptly. This felt a little tacked on, enough so that I kinda just want to ignore the whole mechanism. In addition, flick-fire missiles should be large, they absolutely should not be a trio of easy to lose studs.

-- The lavamill doesn't spin. Why? Heaven knows. I mean, /yes/ half of it is drenched in /lava/, but when has that ever stopped a /lavamill/ from spinning?

-- Really makes me wish 'Darth Vader Transformation' was still available. T_T

Anyway, this is the first set I've bought in a while, and it's quite exciting. The issues are minor, excusable, and I'm happy to be getting back into lego.

IT'S OVER ANAAAKIN!

I love this set! First off, this is probably my favorite scene in all Star Wars, so I was incredibly excited to get this set. The design is great for the price point which is also very nice. The main thing that struck me, though, is just how great it looks on display!

The sliding and rotating platform and droid make it great for both play and various display options. and the little stud-shooting lever is a cool addition for anyone playing with it.

Overall, a great set for a very good price!

Amazing for display and great for play!

First of all, the minifigures. Obi wan looks excellent and is very detailed even with slight scorch marks on his clothes, his facial expressions are good with one being quite determined and the other looking worried/ worn out. Anakin is equally as great in terms of faces with a determined facial expression and the other one with his yellow evil eyes. 
I think the set is probably great for kids, lots of playability for such a small set and depicts the scene quite well. For display the set is ok, If it's on a shelf only certain angles look good (in my opinion) and for me, the real highlight of the set is the minifigures.

Excellent minifigures, good set!

This is a pretty cool set, Revenge of the Sith is my favourite Star Wars film so the Mustafar duel holds a very special place in my heart and I'm glad to say that this set did it justice. The minifigures of Obi-Wan and Anakin are brilliant, I really appreciate the opportunity to select different facial expressions on Obi-Wan and the choice of normal Anakin or full yellow-eyed Vader. The set is pretty nice visually with the bright colours being welcome, the set isn't too large with the choice of making it bigger or smaller which is appreciated. The set has quite a good amount of playability and is good value for money, the difficulty varies and is a good balance (no pun intended) with my only issue being that the set is a little small at under 300 pieces and didn't take too long to build. Despite this, the playability, visual appeal and sentimental connection that a lot of Star Wars fans have with this duel makes the Duel on Mustafar set worth the low price.

I'm no Sith but this set is absolutely awesome!

Ever since the original set in 2005 I wanted Lego to come back to this iconic scene and make a more modern version of this set, and they did! I love both Anakin and Obi-Wan minifigs included here and the set itself is a nice little play & display piece for all ages. I personally enjoy the ‘Revenge of the Sith' movie especially this scene in particular and I would definitely recommend this set to anyone who feels the same.

This set takes the high ground!
