[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the price is a bit high but I'm going to assume its due to the tariffs and the new dynamic pricing. I don't really like that new addition but in the case of the lego set it matched targets pricing as well so fine.

Written by my son, the Star Wars and Lego fanatic:
The amount of detail and greebling on this set was awesome. Normally, this set costs $70.00, and that is an okay price, but getting this for $40.00 as a Black Friday deal was even better. The stand is very stable and looks cool with the plaque, 40th anniversary tile, and an added Darth Vader minifigure. I would definitely recommend this set, and its detail is almost the same level as the UCS Falcon. My only problem with this set is that there are some gaps between the panels, and it would look a lot cleaner if there were none.

This was a gift for my grandson. He was thrilled, as he has several other Star Wars Lego builds. Even with 1000  pieces he was able to assemble it in a handful of hours though. He said a lot of the detail work was in the interior. The outside is somewhat plain in appearance though. Overall, he wanted it, he got it.

Just what we asked Santa for

Another awesome block model from Lego! Build was easy, of course with Lego you get all the parts unlike some renegade brands. Look his spectacular with little scout ship accompanying the Star Destroyer. Size is medium compared to other Star Wars items! Buy it!

The Battle Continues

This is an excellent choice for Star Wars fans who want a recognizable, displayable model without breaking the bank or dedicating hours to building. It's perfect for desks, shelves, or as part of a larger Star Wars collection.

My only issue with the set is that one of the 1x6 flats came damaged, forcing me to improvise from my bin.botherwise it's a really clever build and looks terrific. I can't hold it without humming the imperial score.

There were a couple of nicks and dings on the packaging  (nothing major) that I would not of selected if I was selecting it from the shelf.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The model is nicely detailed and is a very good approximation of the film model at a more manageable scale.  That being said, the price for the number of pieces is rather high.

I just think it looks like crap, looks cheep. Nothing missing but it looks like a paid 5 for it and not 70.
