This set is amazing, and incredibly detailed. The engines look great on the side of the ship, especially from the back. The main compartment can hold two figures along with the shipping box. The cockpit opens up and can fit one figure, which is admittedly pretty small because it also doesn't connect to the other interior if that's something you care about. I was pretty frustrated by the stickers as usual, but there were only a few, all of which are in the first five bags out of eight. 
The set has a great minifigure selection, with Captain Bek and the Gonk Droid as particular highlights.
It's not particularly faithful to the original Disney ride in any way other than appearance and function; you can't fit many figures into the main compartment like the actual Disney ride does, and there's no screen in said compartment featuring the ship's driver. I personally don't care at all about that and if you really want, you can just attach one into it with whatever screen-like pieces you have. 
I think this set is amazing and I had a really good time building it. The beginning of the build is a little slow, with a lot of tedious technic tinkering, but as it goes on you get to the fine detail stuff, which I find way more fun. It's definitely worth the price point for both the experience and the set, so I highly recommend it.

A great set to be sure

LEGO

Great build, the only part that I found to be a chore was the engines. Could be better with another minifigure, though the mon cala minifig was quite great! Awesome build and I love how the doors open.

Really good build

Honestly got my fingers really hurt worth it though. Loved playing. Tons of accessibility. Fun rides, great memories.

Really fun to play with, difficult to build though

I'm not sure where this ship even came from but it has very cool angles and curves with the bright blue really standing out that make this ship look really nice. It's a lot bigger than it looks in the pictures and is extremely sturdy. Stud blasters are the best thing to ever happen to Lego and this ship comes with a whole pile of them so thats +++. I remember when they still had those microphone blasters for minifigs and we would try to flick the stud off the end of the gun to make them shoot and now we have these and theyre amazing.

Cool Ship, Cool Angles

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lego set was really fun for my fourteen year-old son. He builds legos but, this one was the best one so far he said. He really like the movable parts that can open and close it. He also plays with the little lego people that come with the set. Overall, I think it was a good set.

Fun to build

This is an excellent model that is very sturdily built, you can pick it up from any place with confidence. The interior is easily accessible via removable roof and hinged cockpit. The minifigs are also excellent and well printed. I love the brick built GNK but the feet do tend to be left behind on the baseplate. The building process was also very enjoyable.

The only issue is that carrying the cargo box means you can't fit in all the minifigs and given this is a transport ship the lack of space is disappointing. Also there was no access from the cargo bay to the cockpit.

I'm currently modifying the ship by adding 4 studs to the width and 6 studs to the length which will allow 2 minifigs to sit in the cockpit, carry 4 cargo boxes, space for a droid station, coffee station and a corridor from the cargo bay to the cockpit. Work in progress photos included.

Excellent but flawed

First of all, the product arrived within 2 days of ordering, which was brilliant.
As for the building, it is an interesting build for some one like myself who falls into the niche of collecting transport type star wars vessels, two of my eldest sat with me while building and they were just as captivated as I was so as a parent I would fully recommend this vehicle for kids. Including a Gonk (power) Droid is a fantastic idea. This ship is very sturdy in its construction which makes it ideal for play and I particularly like the way the cargo hold doors close in line with the other panels to make it feel like a space faring vessel, over all....worth the money and time

Worth it

I love it however there is one problem. It comes with excellent minifigures but i think it needs a resistance trooper.

I bought this set because with the pandemic I had too much free time. A ship derived from an attraction was really not my priority. It was a good surprise.
