Wanted this set since it was first revealed, was finally able to get it before it's retirement. 

It is incredible. Well worth it's price per parts. 
The build itself is a very solid structure, where the lower floor is rather difficult to actually get into, the other 3's removable window makes for easy rearrangement/viewing. 

the selection of figures is great, where some are obscure, having DAREDEVIL in Lego form is a very wonderful addition to my collection. (Plz, More Daredevil Lego!!)

Only negative I feel is the lower floor being rather inaccessible, aside from that it rocks!

Daily bugle build

An amazing build for my kid, he was so excited. He has wanted this set for 3 years and finally has it. He enjoyed the build experience and all the references since he's a huge Spider-Man fan!

Best LEGO Spider-Man Set Ever!!

I've played with Spider-Man since the days of ps1. This set brings back memories. This the best mini figure selection I've ever seen in one set. The Daily Bugel is now the centerpiece of my Lego city. A+ from the Brick Professor.

Excelsior!

Lets be clear I very nearly did not purchase this set. As a collector of Lego modular buildings I had doubts that this over the top Marvel monster would clash with the sleepy old world charm of my 'Lock Down Street' project. My wife was even more adamant, " Don't buy that, it looks daft". But, I did and I love it. I added a standard white Lego lamp post on the front and increased the depth of the pavement by a couple of tiles to blend in with the rest of the street and just like that it looks wonderful. OK, as I chose to display all 25 mini figures on the outside front of the building its definitely 'busy' out there but I don't care. Oh and the wife thinks it looks fantastic, " its so much better in the flesh than it looks in the photos and although I can't explain it, looks really good in the street ". So in summary a gamble that paid off. Well done Lego.

High Rise Fun and Action

While the window builds can become repetitive and overwhelming, there is no doubt that it is worth the money once it is all finished. It's a huge set, the minifigures are awesome, the comic references throughout are fun, and there is just something about it that would make any Marvel fan smile. I added a couple of the missing villains (Vulture and Hobgoblin) and will add more as I get them from other sets. My only real complaint about the set is that they misspelled Curt Connors name on the big TV screen sticker. Not sure how typos like that happen with such a big company. That shouldn't deter anyone from buying the set though. Just blame the typo on JJJ and the Daily Bugle. Haha

Worth the money

This set was very fun to assemble. I haven't worked with Legos since I was a kid. But I found the instructions easy to follow. I actually bought it for a bit of physical therapy for my hands. I had a great time building this! There is incredible detail in this and a bunch of Easter eggs for Marvel fans. I highly recommend this set!

Daily Bugle

I'm not a huge fan of marvel but loved Spider-Man growing up. What really sold me was the modular style skyscraper. It looks amazing with the other modular sets. The only problem is one of the holes for linking with another modular is off by one stud. It's an easy fix, overall fantastic set

honestly the worst LEGO set i have purchased. it breaks every time you touch it, the building technique it so bad and every part of the set is so flimsy and breakable. I have tried rebuilding this set 3 times with constant repairs to the set but with no outcome other than broken pieces everywhere. I would not recommend this set to anyone because whoever designed it must have been delusional. I honesty lost my interest in LEGO with this set. 0/10 would NOT recommend.
