Launch Feature

This set was fun to build because it utilizes gears, a crank shaft, and worm gears to simulate the SLS launching Orion into Space. I think it's very cool to see the motion of the boosters separating the main engine and then watching Orion separate from the main engine.

The timing of this set release was spot on given the up incoming Artemis II mission.

Fun SLS Model

LEGO

Very good quality from lego c is always a pleasure to build I highly recommend lego to my entourage

Superb

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free thanks to Influenster and LEGO in exchange for my honest review! I love LEGO sets, especially difficult ones, and this one was so cool! I love how the stand was built in so I could easily put this cool set on display. I'm glad I was able to try this, and see other sets in collab with NASA!

Awesome LEGO Set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just traveled to Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida to see the Artemis II rocket on the launchpad for myself, so I was really excited to receive this LEGO Technic Space NASA Artemis Space Launch System Rocket. It has 632 pieces, ensuring a satisfying build time, and it makes for a great display piece once you're finished building it. What's unique about this set is it actually has some mechanical functionality—something a lot of LEGO fans have been asking to see more of in sets. When you turn the crank on the side, the boosters separate from the rocket and you can visualize the rocket in multiple stages. VERY cool!!! As an engineer and space enthusiast, I'm floored by this LEGO set and love the design! The little astronaut LEGO figures are really neat, too. I've already purchase two more of this particular Technic set to give as gifts to my nerdy friends for their birthdays because the price is great!

Love this LEGO set—it's history in the making!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first Technic Lego for my husband. A space geek so this NASA Artemis space Launch Rocket was right up his street.
This is just so clever, the build as always was simple and easy to follow. The clever moving mechanism based at the bottom to separate the boosters is genius. My husband had fun building this!!

So clever and fun to build

Very nice to build and really very belle exhibit object

It's beautiful

I bought this for my husband as soon as I saw a video on it. He has been collecting many sets but I loved how different this one was. I also think it was well priced too.

Perfect Christmas Gift

I absolutely love Space sets and it was such a blast to build! Challenging in the way and motivates you to keep building and the payoff was so well done! Wonderful build mechanics!

Funniest set I've gotten in awhile!

Lego Technic SLS is a super fun set and looks amazing! Build took about 3hrs (while watching shows though). As someone who owns nearly every Lego NASA Lego set, this set did not disappoint! Planning to motorize it and hook it up to an arduino to make it into a clock and have it “launch” on the hour!

TECHNIC SLS

Difficulty of build: 6-10
Design: 9-10
Overall rating: 9.5-10
This interactive set is a decently sized set for the price, and if you're into spacecraft, you'll enjoy this one! I'm currently displaying this bad boy next to my Lego Pharrell Williams “Over The Moon” spaceship :)

Great new LEGO space set!

Sien

I will never buy a technic set again!! So frustrating to build and stickers need to go!

Aggravating!
