The LEM stuffing kit is well made with metal gears inside the new style housing. It is easy to clean and leaves very little sausage meat in the machine when you are finished. Kit also comes with seasoning packets, collagen casings, clamps to hold it down, and a good book on sausage making. It's a better deal than the sausage stuffer by itself. Very happy with the product.
