Love the aircraft grade aluminium used for the chair and powerful motors.  The adjustable speed control, range and long battery life are perfect for my needs.  My wife and I can now go into our downtown area together to enjoy the "First Friday" events every summer May-October plus other local events that were just too much for my limited mobility.  That's all changed now!   

I also like the remote control feature...it really surprises people when the chair starts moving on its own.  My "in the know" friends and I have a good laugh.

at brand new the battery charge level lights on joystick controller never gets to full charge (5 green dots). after about 35 feet of travel the green bars are down to 2 dots, is battery no good, i am afraid to go to far as will the battery die and leave me stranded. called phone number, no answer, i left message? do they need to send me a new battery?

chair was great until the frame snapped.  it was supposed to be under warranty but the phone number is out of service.  so disappointed. it was a lot of money for a small amount of use.
