Build Quality

Ease Of Use

We love our new microwave. Smary settings are simple to use, and it has lovely musical sound. Much more pleasant a tone than most appliances standard beeping. It's also easy to keep both inside and outside wiped clean and free of fingerprints.

Was able to easily turn off the child proof door operation, a major irritation.  Powerful 1200 watts. Large turntable. Simple controls. Only negative is fingerprints and smudges on shiny door.

Very Happy with Microwave

I bought this device as a replacement for a faulty microwave. I chose this model because of its much more stable set and for its programs. Just a downside, it's a little complicated to keep track of how it works, but I'll get there.

The sleek lines and flush glass button control panel are attractive, functional and easy to clean. Sensor Reheat, Defrost and cook settings take getting used to, but change is good- I'll acclimate. LED ( could be brighter) lighting and interior grey surface help with cleaning up. Also the glass plate doesn't tip- it's very stable.

We are very pleased with your device. Thank you We are familiar with your products we had a Micro Wave LG model LMF- 1430MW for about twenty years before it starts to default.

Everything is not complicated.

Seems to be a good microwave, if there is such a thing. The control panel is difficult to see as it isn't lit. The inside light is one of the better ones I have seen.

Control panel hard to see

Our frst inverter microwave. More power than our old traditional one! However, beware that the display is horrible! Touch screen has NO BACK LIGHT so it is VERY HARD to see. The unit as in many kitchen is on the counter under the overhead kitchen cabinet so ceiling light is normally dim especially when you lean over to use the panel! Forget the functions because unless you have the manual nearby and spend minutes in finding which is which and understand it, you might as well forget it is there! All we can do now is hitting the start blindly for the 30 second quick cooking ! Horrible design indeed! Shame on you LG!

Horrible function panel…very difficult to see

This is the 2nd LG microwave I have purchased in the past 5 years. The last one died abruptly just after it's 5th birthday.  LG offered a whopping 15% off a new microwave which barely covers the sales taxes. I actually found one locally that was less money from what was offered on LG's website. The only reason I purchased another LG microwave is because it matches all of the other appliances in my house, which was renovated just 5 years ago. I say prayers nightly that it will last much longer than the first one I purchased. 🙏🏻

Second time around!

With in 3month ,it dead..for replacement also ,took so many days we just walk in and out the shop somany time
