What can be said other then wonderful things. This monitor is lovely and even larger then my last. The viewing on this little beauty is as smooth as butter. Unless you don't like butter.. Ohh Ohh, How about "Silky Smooth" viewing experience at 1440, 1ms, and 240hz.
  

Mine is currently powered but the X-box and have had only great things to say. Running a Fresh 1440 at 120. The color is perfect and if you need to change them your tuning is very easy. The ability to change these on the fly makes setup a breeze.
Two weeks into this purchase and an easy 15-20% overall gain in personal stat performance. Running FPS style games on this mean machine will help get those "Dubs".

Thin bezel - Looks amazing from every angle.

Semi matte screen - Background lighting does not impact performance. 

Menu System - This if the first time I've every encountered a thought our menu system.

I bought this just before the holidays because my monitor was 10 years old and this seemed like the perfect upgrade for both office work and FPS gaming. The monitor has been noththing short of great so far. Only gripe would be that I already have a dead pixel just 3 weeks in.

Great Gaming Monitor

Nice and adjustable, no problems within the first few weeks of gaming it. Only complaint is the interface, but with a little patience I was able to figure it out.

Pretty Nifty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super easy setup.  The telescoping arm fit into the back of the monitor and base with ease.  Once I decided on a USB-C to display port set up, everything looked perfect.  I do a mix of spreadsheets, web applications, coding, and image editing for work.  The wide, super clear display has been perfect for running multiple applications at a time as well as giving great true tone output.  The gaming that I have done on it has been fantastic. Very fast refresh rate as well as shutter-free gameplay.  I am looking forward to many years of great use.  This has easily become my new favorite accessory in my home office.

Great Monitor for Work and Gaming

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot stress how excellent this monitor is for any type of use.  I have done pretty much everything with it in the few days that I have had it, it works almost like a high end tv as far as function, you have different picture modes to make the screen brighter and more vivid or to change it for text via a reading mode.  The image transition for games is extremely fluid, no screen tearing or artifacts or anything else that might make it "ugly".  The screen size on this is a little large depending on the area that you are putting it, the ability to change the rear lighting on the monitor via the button on it and not having to download and install software is also nice.  This may be a little daunting for someone that does not have a little electronics experience but I did find that the out of the box picture settings are more than adequate.  I think anyone buying this monitor will be more than pleased with it.

Excellent Monitor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG 32GQ850-B is an awesome gaming monitor. The refresh rate, screen size and picture quality are all top notch. I notice some video games run smoother and lag is non existent. The monitor is sleek, not too heavy and has some really nice lighting scheme on the back (see pics). After using it for a few weeks I put it in my sons room and I don't think i will get it back from him. He LOVES it. I found his old monitor outside of his room unplugged. He also said he notices a big difference in performance. I thought 32 inches would be a little too large for an office area, but it seems like a sweet spot for size and features. Overall i would recommend this monitor to anyone looking for a larger gaming monitor with great specs.

The 240hz refresh rate makes games look really smooth. And aesthetically the monitor is sleek and not bulky at all, it should accommodate almost any stand or computer desk. This is definitely what you want to use with your gaming pc or next gen console.

Amazing gaming experience

I checked the reviews prior to buying this monitor and heard about a resolution/refresh rate issue, where the monitor wouldn't properly run at 1440p 240hz. However, I had no such issue with the monitor, perhaps because I got an amd vid card, the 7900xtx. The color and response time is excellent on the monitor. Doom eternal for example feels great at a high frame rate at 1440p 240hz. The HDR could be better, but I knew that this monitor couldn't match something like my LG oled tv. Overall I would rate the monitor highly.

Unbelievable resolution and processing times

Can't play fullscreen at 240 or 260 hz on this monitor had issues with it since day one. Windows 11 and nvidia set to 260hz  but monitor fps counter shows I'm on 3840-2160p 120hz. Although I thought it was a defective monitor I replaced it with another one and I had the same issue. I'm stuck with this monitor now… I'll return it again and go with this a different route.
