Works great. However it might be good to know that (1) it does NOT come with a "Magic Remote" (which has the audio function for Alexa, etc, and which is referenced throughout the onscreen instructions) and which I had to order separately for an extra CAD$180+, and (2) there was a scary moment -- after already performing without any problems for a couple of days -- when I thought I would need to call for service because it would not connect to the internet, but that was finally cured when I unplugged the unit and plugged it back in after a minute, and everything was fine. I admit it was irritating to find that the remote that comes with this tv does not include the audio command function. However the tv does come with some interesting pre-programmed "LG channels" and other free platforms (Tubi, YouTube, etc) that could maybe substitute for expensive programming that has to be purchased elsewhere separately.

"I recently purchased the 50-inch LG TV, and I'm blown away by its exceptional quality and performance! The picture is incredibly sharp and vibrant, with rich colors and deep blacks. The 4K resolution is stunning, making every movie and TV show feel like a cinematic experience.

The TV's design is sleek and modern, with a slim bezel that makes it look sleek and sophisticated in my living room. The smart TV features are intuitive and easy to use, with seamless integration with my other devices.

I was a bit worried about setting it up, but the process was surprisingly easy. The instructions were clear, and the TV came with everything I needed to get started. I had it up and running in about 30 minutes.

Considering the outstanding picture quality, sleek design, and ease of setup, I think this LG TV is an absolute steal for the price. It's definitely worth every penny!

Pleasantly surprised I was able to connect a 5TB external HDD and play all the movies  music, and even audiobooks it contained. Great picture and adjustable sound.

Quality & Fair Price

Nice TV. Wish it had at least one more HDMI input port (only has two). I had to purchase an RCA to HDMI adapter to connect my old DVD player. Picture and sound are good. Quite satisfied.

Very nice TV with excellent picture and surprisingly decent sound!
My only complaint is the luck of HDMI ports, only 2 (and thats if you don't use the one of them as an ARC.. )
Also the colour adjustments on settings are very tricky and there is no way to increase the colour level for deeper colours...
You have to settle with the preset colour adjustments...
Other than that, it's a great TV!

Really nice TV at a decent price!

At first , I was disgusted, horrified and disappointed when I saw the screen from where I always watched my previous TV which I had for 10 years. With the brand new TV, the picture was faded and impossible to watch images from where I always watched.
However, I came to the front of TV, the picture and images were perfect and as good as my previous TV, which made me curious to do a bit of research. Well, the difference was a technology, my previous TV was Plasma and the new one which I just bought is LCD. I didn’t know LCD TV viewing angle was very narrow, and Plasma was pretty much 180 degree viewing angle.
I had never knew LCD TV had such a limitation and I wasn’t prepared to expect this.
So, I had to rearrange furniture and change my habit to watch TV from angle, which is too bad.
I had to change my life habit. The new TV is a life changer.

Be prepared for repositioning furniture

I had a hard time setting up and learning to use this TV. Working with the volume and sound has been very frustrating. I finally fixed the problem of the different volume levels when changing channels, but I couldn't figure out how to get an even volume within one channel. 
The remote is horrible as the keys are too small and do not respond readily. I guess the intent is to get you to pay extra for the "magic remote control, " which should have come with the new TV.
The home page is too cluttered. The app buttons, the most used feature of a streaming TV, are overwhelmed by the other things on the screen.
The picture is fine but, the TV is not user-friendly.

Great picture, but!

I was very disappointed to receive a refurbished tv.  There was nothing in the description for the order that indicated that it was refurbished and not new.  This was a gift and I wasn't prepared to gift a refurbished tv.  When I contacted the company they were very rude and refused to acknowledge that the ad was misleading.  Also when trying to arrange a return I had to constantly contact them to get them to give me the information necessary to return the item.

Disappointed

Bought in April 2023 and has been serviced 3 times...still not working (long-term, after initial reset from repairs). It buffers all the time and constantly has difficulty connecting to wi-fi. They've replaced the wi-fi board 3 times, including cables twice and main board twice. NO OTHER products in our house have any trouble connecting and staying connected to our wi-fi. Picture color is good, but if you can only see a swirling circle all the time, while it's burping on the wi-fi, what good is a good picture.
