My 15 yr old 40" HDTV finally stopped working properly so time for new upgrade.  I got a 32" LG 720p as an employment gift earlier this year and really like it so I decided to stay with LG and purchased this 50" NANOCELL. This is my 1st 4k HDR and the picture is beautiful also the sound is so good on AI sound setup I don't need to use my separate surround sound equipment.  Have owned for about a month so still getting use to the features, having some trouble with Alexa voice remote not sure if setup correctly, gets confused with my Alexa Echo  but I have cable service with voice remote so not a big issue for me at this time. I like the WEBOS apps no issue connecting so far. TV is easy to use. I don't use for gaming so can't rate that. Overall so far I'm very happy with this TV and recommend purchase.

Good purchase

Bought this television about a month ago. The graphics are really good. The problem is that it is very complicated to pair with other devices and requires the use of multiple remotes which is very inconvenient. Also, I do not like the voice telling me everything I am seeing on the screen

Great picture and value but.....

This TV was a gift, and to be honest, one that I probably wouldn't have picked. But after about a month of use I've been pleasantly surprised. The "magic" remote with on screen cursor is surprisingly easy to use, and makes browsing on TV much easier. The TV turns on and off quickly, as well as a snappy response to actions. The screen looks great, and I even love the faux fireworks that display when in sleep mode.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Personally, being older customers, setting up the remote is hard.  We are using our old remote and the new remote. Not happy the new remote does not light up when lights are turned off, our old one does.  Color is beautiful; purchased a sound bar for better hearing.

Good TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV is great in terms of picture and sound quality but the software webOS is super slow, I have to wait for my action after pressing the button for up to 1-2 secs then it responds and sometimes fails to respond. When I open an app it takes time to load it. Please get the software updated to a faster version.

I bought this three weeks ago and I would give the picture itself five stars. The interface with the internet, Comcast, and voice commands is very spotty. One day it works well, and the next day the TV cannot follow my voice commands. It repeats my command and gets it wrong. Last night I tried and tried to get the cursor to bring up a different channel and then another streaming platform and it wouldn't do it. The TV wouldn't switch at all. The written directions, as meager as they are, are poorly written. I need a manual! My old dumb TV had none of these problems. I have not yet gone online to try to solve some of these problems - perhaps that's where the answers are. But, why does the TV work perfectly one day and has the above problems the next? I also purchased a sound bar and it does enhance the audio markedly.

Wish I Could Say I Love It….

In my opinion the product isn't the same as what was described on the website. I have actually returning the product to the store in the coming days.

I'm very disappointed in this purchase. Upon arrival, the picture was extremely poor. It took considerable tweaking to get a picture of acceptable quality. I'm finding the navigation between programs confusing and after only one week tired of my internet connection being interrupted. The sound quality is not as good as I had expected. You asked for my honest opinion so in all honesty I regret purchasing this tv and could not recommend it to anybody.
