[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my LG 4K TV a month ago and me and the wife love it, The picture is the best,My last TV was a Sony it was ten years old and had a good picture but not as good as this LG.I also have a LG TV in my bedroom and that picture also (Excellent) so life is good.

I bought this TV less than a month ago to replace my 10 year old LG TV and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.  I am an LG girl and when I saw this TV on display at my local box store it was a no brainer on purchasing it.  Upon walking over to the displayed TVs (there were about 50 of them), I was instantly drawn to this TV (I didn't know the brand).  The colors just popped on it and the clarity was amazing!  When I learned it was an LG, I purchased it instantly.  The salesperson showed me a few other ones and I was having none of it, my mind was made up.  I brought it home, and hooked it up.  The hook up was simple.  The colors and clarity were just as amazing as they were in the store. My surprise was the sound quality. The salesperson told me I'd need a sound bar because the sound was not that great. Boy was he wrong!  The sound is awesome!  It sounds like you are in a movie theater.  I put the volume up to just 10 or 12 and people are telling me to turn it down.  The only thing I had a problem with is the Amazon app.  When I pushed the button on the remote, it wouldn't connect nor would it connect when I pushed the app on the TV.  I signed into my account and was still getting error messages.  I had to uninstall the app and install it again and sign in again and it's worked perfectly since then.  Overall, I am very happy with this TV and would encourage people to purchase it.

Excellent TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been 2 weeks and there's not anything I don't enjoy about this tv.

I did mount it on a tv stand and I was surprised the screw holes were so close together. 

Also, the legs broke off trying to remove them due to a lock switch, which isn't easy to change.  Makes the leg stand permanent,  not sure.

Picture quality is great as well as sound.

LOVE this TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are senior citizens and we're wary of buying a new tv and managing all the hookups, etc.  This LG tv made it simple with the instructions, both from the manual and online.  We are enjoying the best tv we have ever had!  The size is perfect for our small house and we are watching all the Netflix and Amazon movies!  The picture is beautiful and the price was very reasonable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good TV for the price. The only issue I have is that the picture "washes" out quickly if you are not directly in front of it. The screen also reflects badly. The sound is very good and the setup was very easy.

Good TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture and features on this TV is awesome. I'm very happy in that aspect. The one thing I would very much would have liked is an improvement on the tiny pencil stand that it comes with. Very very fragile. They broke by barely moving the tv in a position I liked. I ended up buying a real TV stand for it. As long as you don't move the TV around that stock stand works. Otherwise you are better off getting a better stand. That being the only issue I have, I am beyond happy with this TV

Not perfect but very happy still

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy setup, good picture quality and all input devices setup easily. Works well with either cable or antenna inputs.  However, the documentation is lousy!  I cannot figure out how to use some features or how to lower volume of LG's voice reporting.  Even the LG web site does not help.  Disappointed that LG would make such a good product but not help us learn how to use it effectively.

Great Basic LED TV

I upgraded from a 1080p Vizio and the new TV is amazing the colors are deep and vivid the sound quality is nice even without a sound bar the remote is taking some getting used to but all in all it's amazing.

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, the TV is fine. Unfortunately both the HULU and SLING APPs suffered from poor picture quality and buffering. I do not experience this problem on this or other TVs in my house when I use a Fire Stick.
Wi-Fi setup also had issues. It kept losing the internet connection. I had to search for my network and re-enter the password several days in a row. It seems to be working OK now. I also think the picture is better on my 4 year old 42" LG TV at my cottage even though it was a lower tier TV.

Slow Apps

Nice features , BUT !

Color is off, washed out.  Makes everything look like everything was filmed with a cheap camera compared to other flat screen TV's we have.  Went through all the setup adjustments.  Couldn't change to poor quality.
