I bought this TV because my 14 year old plasma tV finally gave out. I’m not one for buying new just because a new version is Available. Although it’s kind of like getting a new cell phone ( I have to learn how to use it) I am ver happy with all of the options and availability of different apps. One thing I noticed right off was it says it comes with “Alexa” which I was excited about because I had held off buying one and even trying that smart home possibility. The problem is it doesn’t come with the appropriate voice remote to make the Alexa app usable. That’s an additional purchase you must make from a separate vendor and it’s actually kind of difficult to figure out which remote is the correct remote for this TV. 
All together I really like my TV and maybe someday I’ll even like the Alexa app.

Decided to replace an aging flat screen with this LG 43UQ7590PUB screen and have been very satisfied with it. Easy to set up with cable box and LG sound bar. Picture looks great. Even worked with existing cable box remote without having to reprogram it. Found out that this unit will work with my phone, via LG app, to show pictures right off the phone. Neat feature!

Ohhh, my GodI LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my 75” LG TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very satisfied with this product.  Beautiful detail and clarity, ease of installation and quick programming.  I'm not a big fan of the magic remote as far as the cursor goes.  Probably me, but I have difficulty getting it to go where I want it.

More than I deserve

I have only purchased LG tv’s for decades.  So when I needed another, I thought this tv was perfect for my needs.  I’ve had smart tv’s since they first came out.  Never a problem.   This one however is almost not good.  And the remote is horrible—the most commonly used buttons are 3/4 down the remote making it very awkward to press the buttons, they are way too close to each other and I continually end up pressing the wrong one.  The tv itself is extremely convoluted to get from one feature to another.  I have to pay strict attention to the remote, the buttons, and maneuvering on screen.  I read reviews before I purchased that say exactly what I’ve just reported; I should have not purchased this tv.

Horrible remote

I bought my LG a few weeks ago and I really like it. It’s easy to set up and connect to the internet.
It’s hard to find how to use the remote. There is a lot of trial and error. There is some directions for the basics on the remote but the remote has many different features using the numbers but it’s hard to find the info.
I love that I don’t need a cable box or anything else to access my cable stations or apps. I do it just by streaming.

The TV so far is fine, but I gave up trying to set it up.  Fortunately, I had a Roku stick laying around and after an hour or more trying to get through LGs set up process, spent about 15 minutes  setting up Roku. I know that getting as much info about people and then selling it is what drives LG and others, it would be nice just to be able to plug something in and turn it on.

I buy this TV following the 3 others I have that are 55 inches, and this one is so problematic it does not work well, I can not even listen to Netflix nothing this load but on my other 55p lg of the same model works very well but not the 70p, I called the guaranteed, the tech came to see it told me youube es ok so it all works then that did not even Nothing these does so I had to pun with this and the customer service lg are really rotten it's unfortunate but good buy nothing lg their guarantor are really not good

Lg constamant gel does nothing

Low quality TV, 4K questionable, the tv became very slow (interface) after only 4 years, the wifi antenna turns off alone regularly, I do not recommend at all this product.
