[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been working to personalize our new home, and this LG Gallery TV is the perfect addition to our primary bedroom. We've never had a TV in our bedroom before, but we knew the features of the Gallery TV would only add to the space we've curated. It was so easy to sync all of the smart apps, and we're looking forward to exploring the AI features for ease of use. We chose the white frame, and it was very easy to attach. We had it professionally mounted, and the gentleman who helped us was raving about how the mount was so flush with the wall! Now, we're dreaming up how to finalize this wall with the LG Gallery TV as our centerpiece. In the meantime, we'll be rotating through the beautiful art/visuals. So many to choose from!

TV or Art Before Bed?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been really impressed with the LG gallery TV in the picture is bright Crips and beautifully detailed with great contrast and smooth performance especially love how clean and elevated it looks mounted on the wall gallery mode is such a nice touch it turns the TV into part of the room instead of just another screen it's a great combination of design picture quality and functionality and it genius Feels like a premium addition to my home.

Beautiful design and impressive Picture Quality

lg.com

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've really been enjoying having this LG TV in our home! Between keeping up with our favorite shows and putting on movies for family nights, we use it quite a bit. The picture is clear and the colors look great, but one of my favorite things is how it looks even when we aren't watching TV. I love the art display feature because it makes the screen feel more like part of our decor instead of just a black rectangle on the wall. It's such a nice touch, especially when you're trying to make a space feel cozy and pulled together. It's also easy to navigate, and setup was pretty straightforward. Overall, I'm really happy with it. It's practical for everyday use but still has that extra design element that makes it feel like a good fit for our home. A Few Things We Love About Our New LG TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so over having a giant black box hanging on our wall when the TV wasn't on. And I've always been a fan of LG, so when I saw their Gallery TV, I knew we had to try it. I'm so glad we did!

We have it hanging above our fireplace, and I love that it actually looks like a piece of art instead of a TV. The white frame is such a nice touch, and the slim design gives it a really clean, modern look. The picture quality is gorgeous, and the sound is great too!

One thing I will say, there are a TON of picture and sound settings, so definitely take some time to play around with them. Once you get everything dialed in, it makes such a difference.

If you're like me and want your TV to blend into your home instead of being the first thing you notice when you walk into a room, I highly recommend this one. Such a great upgrade!

Finally, a TV that looks as good as it performs!

^Rich

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using the LG Gallery TV for about two weeks now and I love it! The coloring is rich and vibrant while still holding quality. You have every app you could need as well as so many options for customizing your always ready display of art. I am still tinkering with some settings with the art and photo display when off but it is very intuitive to figure out, just learning what works best for our house. I love that I can have my own art or use any of the thousands of pieces available. My husband and I hung this up ourselves and it was fairly easy, you need two people to get it on the mount for sure and make sure you have everything plugged in before putting it on the wall. I also highly recommend a cord box for behind the tv. This really brings our space together and makes it feel so much more elevated and cohesive! Now only hoping they make a brass frame to go around it. Review submitted as part of a program that provides a purchase discount.

Don't sacrifice beauty for functional with this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This LG Frame TV delivers stunning picture quality and a sleek design that sits flush to the wall, transforming your home into an art gallery of its own! I love changing the picture display for each holiday, it adds a little extra to the home! Super easy to use as well!

Art gallery in your own home!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a second TV for above our dining space, so we wanted something that functions like a TV but looks like artwork the rest of the time. We went with the white frame, but our favorite part is that it's magnetic so if we redecorate, which we often do, we can just swap it for the natural wood option without any hassle. That flexibility made the decision easy.

Setup and mounting was straightforward, and the picture quality and the are options look so good that guests don't even realize it's a TV until we turn it on! We also love that it sits flush into the wall and doesn't look bulky for our smaller space. Definitely recommend it.

Elevates our dining space and cozy aesthetic

I had been waiting for months for this TV to finally become available and was excited to see it finally available for purchase. The mini-LED display is superior to any other artwork TV I've seen. The matte display really is impressive and there is practically no glare. The artwork looks great and it works wonderfully as a TV as well.

I was hoping there would be more than one frame option, but I guess maybe these will come with time. It's easy enough to install the magnetic frame, so changing it later won't be a problem. The included white frame looks okay, just very basic.

There are a few things that are a little frustrating though. Firstly, I bought this mainly to display artwork, but the TV automatically shuts off after an hour. To find the timer, you have to press the center wheel button while the artwork is actively running, navigate to a hidden three-dots "Options" menu, and change the power-off timer. Unfortunately, the firmware limits you to a maximum of 1 hour with no option to disable the timer entirely. For a dedicated art TV, not having a true "always-on" mode is highly frustrating. What I would like to see is the ability to create a schedule for artwork to be displayed.

Additionally, it's really annoying that the gallery-mode screensaver is only available with a membership. Such a basic feature should not require additional fees when it's already a premium model TV. It's not possible to disable the screensaver. I would much rather the TV just automatically enter always-ready mode instead of activating the screensaver.

The included flush-mount bracket is not particularly easy to use. It takes a lot of attempts to find the bracket while it's hidden behind the TV. We found it worked best to have three people to hang it; one on each end of the TV and the third to help guide us to where they bracket should be. Once up, it does look nice, but now we need to repaint where we scratched up the wall during the hanging process.

There isn't much room behind the TV for cable management. Just two tiny pockets in the back of the TV. This makes it frustratingly difficult to try to hide the cables and get the TV sitting flat against the wall. It would be nice if you could tilt the TV away from the wall to access the cables to tidy it up. The power cord is on the opposite side of the TV as the input jacks, which means it is likely necessary to have two holes in the wall behind the TV.

The WebOS is very sluggish and, once I disabled the ads, there is about 75% of the home page that is unused. It would be great to be able to use the entire 65" display rather that scrolling a single horizontal line of apps. Fortunately, the home page is used infrequently.

Overall, I am quite happy with how the TV looks on the wall; the matte display and the mini-LED panel are genuinely stunning and make the artwork look incredibly realistic. However, the clunky software, lack of a true "always-on" art mode, and frustrating mounting process hold a premium television back from being perfect. If you are willing to deal with a few software quirks and a tedious installation, the end result looks beautiful in the room.

Beautiful Art Frame TV Held Back by Software

I bought this to replace my twice broken Samsung Frame and LG's website said over 4000 pieces of art are available with a subscription. Spending half day to mount it and then find out subscriptions to Gallery+ are not available in Canada. If the art was available, it would be a fine TV. As it is, the TV is going back.

65LX7BPUA Gallery+

lg.com/ca

I purchased this TV so I shouldn't have a black screen on my wall unfortunately there is no option to have the TV display art for more than four hours which defeats the whole purpose. It is unfortunately that LG markets this TV as a gallery TV when it doesn't even have an option to keep art on the display.
