Set up was easy. Only thing needed that was not included was masking tape to cover the small holes that the given insulation foam did not cover.

Great Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, so good on the portable a/c. Only part I did not like is the box appeared to be damaged on arrival. The air conditioner itself is fine. It just did not look good. Otherwise works just fine and keeps the room cool for sleeping.

So far, so good…

Bought this for our second story bedroom. Always felt anxious about hanging an ac out the second story window. This floor unit cooled the bedroom (17x17) but was too loud for sleeping for us, moved it to the living room where the noise is more acceptable.

Cools nicely but loud for a bedroom

Bought this unit last year as a supplement for an aging central air unit. It sat in the box until about a week ago. Since installing it there have been no issues. Installation was easy and straightforward
 Cools well and the remote is convenient.

I'm impressed with this portable AC!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm happy with this portable air conditioner. A few things to consider, though. 1: If you are living in a place with many seasons like I am, you will have to completely weather proof the seal around the tubing and then remove it once winter comes. So you'll need more of the weather strips. 2: Although this is easily a one person job, there is a part in attaching the hose/tubing and the connector together that is kind of a headache. The process is easy, but the task is not simple to complete. I fumbled around quite a bit, however, it was well worth it.

I placed this unit in the rec room above our new second garage at the lake house. Although it isn't insulated up there yet, it managed to keep all 420 sq feet cooled and comfortable. I was quite impressed with the way it pumped out that nice, cool air. 

Overall, this exceeds my expectations and is more than worth the fumbling around. My kids are going to appreciate this once their rec room is completed.

We also had to rig our own window vent fitment due to Missing adapter pieces that would have made installation much easier.

Great features but missing parts

Bought may of 2022. Used for maybe 5 months then put away for the winter. Get it out this May…of course right after the warranty was up and it doesn't cool. Not satisfied at all that I got les than 6 months of use before this unit failed. 10/10 would NOT recommend. Best cust. ser had was a list of repair centers.
