I like the unit, not the quietest but not overly loud. Cools the room in south Florida very well. This is a through the wall unit and it does not come with the outside box to cover ac components, that you buy separately and install first. I bought the metal box suggested for this unit and it worked fine. Make sure box has slight tilt and is squared. Screwed box into the walls using a level and used a can of spray insulation all around to lock it in. Finally put a wood trim inside around box to dress it up after ac is in. Outside used plastic trim to do the same. Hardest part was trying to put the insulation strips in the areas of the box and ac as suggested and then sliding the unit in.  Could not do it. Insulation kept rolling back in when ac pushed in. In the end I put the unit mostly in and pushed insulation all around it then pushed it the rest in and with a screw driver pushed the rest of the straps in between ac and metal box. Best I could do.

Good AC, insulation difficult.

Very fast shipment. A . Unit fit exactly as the replacement which was a very disappointing air cool. Stopped working after only 2 years. Just had a five day heat wave with high humidity here. Worked fine.

Energy efficient, attractive and easy to use.  I put it in a Florida rental and am very satisfied.  Am actually seeing a lower elec bill over the old ac that was in there

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was able to locate the correct size for the wall mount A/C unit. Not many places carry this size. LG is a brand name company and comparing pricing to other brands it's kind of a little high.

Easy to install, just make sure it's level in the wall, or you will have a loud rattle.

Good Value so far

Had this unit for one month and have no complaints.  There is one 4 inch insulation used to place on the top rear of the unit that took me a while to figure out.  

My only issue is I can't make the bracket fit perfectly but that might be my lack of craftsmanship.

Seems to work well. Much quieter than the one I replaced.  Do not buy the recommended sleeve!!  Its not deep enough and the a/c unit will sit proud of the wall approx 5 inches.  Looks terrible.  Never bought a through the wall air conditioner so had no idea the unit wouldnt push back into the sleeve far enough to sit properly near the wall.  Looks like crap.  Embarrassing addition to our remodel.

Unit struggles. Can barely cool to 69 degrees with outside air at 75 degrees. In hot weather couldn't keep up.  Took more than  week for repair man to come. Claims unit is operating properly.
