This AC is a little more pricey than others  but worth every penny.  VERY QUIET even at the higher fan settings.  the Dual Inverter technology is like a front loading washer - set it on energy saver and it knows what to do.  It comes on for a few seconds and goes off as needed.  Very intelligent.  Also several other settings:  timer, sleep setting etc.  Installation was simple as it fit perfectly into the hole from my previous 220 unit.  Couldn't be happier with this purchase

Quite and Efficient

This is a great unit. It really is powerful and reasonably priced for 18000 btu. Its heavy so expect a few extra installation steps compared to smaller units. It took me a while to install because I had to take the windows out of the frame and make a couple modifications to make it fit but it was worth it

Quality air conditioner

I've had my unit for a few weeks now during some very warm spells and have been extremely pleased with the it.  I particularly like the quiet operation with the gentle start fan and being able to control with the phone app.

Quiet comfort.

All went very smoothly. Had a delivery issue because the carrier left my a/c in the lobby abandoning the package and not bringing it up to my apartment. Also, the a/c came with dents on the body but when I called a customer service all had been resolved quickly.

Best window unit I have ever had.

The quietest, most efficient energy saving AC that I have ever owned. The entire downstairs (650 sq ft) is freezing with the fan on low and the temperature set to 65 degrees. Who cares about the oppressive heat

LOVE IT!

I like the A/C unite very nice and quiet .Easy to install and not that heavy. Shipping was real bad .the box look like it went to war. But the unit seem to be fine.

arrived earlier than ecpected well packaged no visible damade. Noise was the reason we bought this and hight capacity and its much much less noisy thsn our older LG. Price on Walmarts site was $100 lower than others.

Haven't had time to install it yet but the quality seems to be there. Because of the shipping date I made plans to see a dr.  Walmart is very unreliable with shipping. The usual early arrival might sound good on the company bulletin board but rarely seems to help.  When I'm told delivery on day 3, that would be a really good day to receive it, expectedly.  70 yrs old with food poisoning for the last month and forced to take covid test didn't exactly improve my humor when I get home to find a 100  lb AC sitting in my yard. 2 days can make a difference. Communication would help. When I get my new AC installed and running, I'll try to come back and cover what I missed.

Finally unboxed it today, due to having to have a dedicated 230 line installation, which was not indicated on the description when it was ordered, otherwise I would have ordered the 23, 000 BTU unit, which includes that info,so Electricians that did that work today, and only to find out something is wrong with the unit, it is making a horrible noise! I have to return it now, quite a hassle!
