I paired this TV with a Soundbar and the visuals and audio are incredible. 10/10 also LG have been very informative throughout the purchase, I will be using again soon!

We have owned LG products for many years & recently sold our 65" OLED because we downsized. We of course had to purchase another wonderful LG OLED 55" & absolutely love it.  The images are so sharp & the colours outstanding.  We are so happy we stayed with LG

The image of this TV is very clear and precise. The colors are wow! I use the smart app to access my subscriptions. I don’t use my Apple TV anymore. However, I hit a bug to activate Google Home. I hope I can solve it because I use Google to control my luminaires with several automations. I still give a rating of 5 out of 5 for the image quality and the device control app and remote control.

The colours and contrast between them appear to be near infinite, the blacks are deep and perfect (I already know other panels have been ruined for me), my PS5 works with it beautifully and it's just such a premium looking device. There's a lot to say but, in a nutshell, I'd highly recommend this to anyone in the market looking to make a long-term investment.

Best TV I've ever had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Buying from the LG website was easy with lots of information and easy comparison of products. The TV itself is great with a fabulous picture and lots of different features - more even than I think I will ever use. Set up was easy with clear instructions that I followed to have the whole thing ready in less than 30 minutes.

Great site for buying and super product

Great picture, but issues with freeview tuning. The tv changed bbc regions all by itself from west midlands to east midlands. East midlands region has no signal, so I had to retune it. This happened 3 times.Took a lot of googling and several different setting changes to find a solution. Probably caused by ahto channel update, or the LG channels. But it is now working fine.
Also there is no U:TV player, which i used on my old tv, and no FreeviewPlay either.

Great picture, but some issues with live tv tuning

I’m very pleased with the TV overall. The picture is very good and depth of colours is excellent. Sound is not quite as good as my last TV but is still impressive. The magic pointer takes some getting used to but is good once you do. My only minor gripe is getting adverts on the Home Screen as soon as you switch on, although it takes only a few seconds to find the app you want and get away from them.

Great picture; the sound takes a bit of experimenting to fund the sweet spot. Really glad I found several videos online to help me change the default settIngs to give me a better user experience. I still find the menus cumbersome to navigate but I suppose I’ll get used to them in time. Overall, very pleased with my purchase.

Refresh rate is excellent, turning on TV to main screen is a breeze and scrolling around is easy plus the AI function in the “setting” works wonder especially when auto switch from regular 4K movie to gaming. Only down side is the remote. - with the mouse pointer is easily turns on after a few swing. Better with a button to turn it ON / OFF. Backing of tv of lots of inputs which I think is a bonus.

Gd TV but remote is a little disappointed

We find it hard to sort out all the settings. First we have to set the HDMI input each time we turn the TV on, we are still looking through the 166 page user manual to work it out. Our Sony soundbar doesn't always connect even though it is connected to the TV using the optical port and it is set as the Sound Out but when we switch HDMI inputs it looses the connection. We have to keep it set to Optical + TV Speaker and they can get out of sync where one mutes and the other does not

Not enough "Default Settings"

Although this is a good TV we find it extremely complicated and are unable at this moment to play it through our sound system without the sound breaking up.
We have played our previous TVs through it no problem. We are even considering returning it to John Lewis. All we want is to be able to switch on a TV and be able to access our Sky channels. As simple as that nothing else, no voice activation etc.
