[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second LG OLED TV.  Other than some screen burn-in issues with the first (a known problem with first gen OLEDs), we were very satisfied. After a month, we are also very satisfied with our new, larger (65 to 77 inch) model.  

The most important thing is the picture, which is as good or better on this model.  The functionality of the "smart" features (and the remote) are both improved over the older model.

The other aspect is the sound, which underwhelmed us on the new model.  There's a weird pumping effect on the smart sound  setting. As other reviewers have mentioned, there's only so much sound you can get from such an (admirably thin and relatively light) TV with low power speakers.  We simply play the sound through our stereo system and that's that.

Bought a 48" OLDE first, then my wife wanted this one for the Livingroom.  I was hesitnt but very happy with the decision to get it.  Setup for apps was REALLY nice.  Just pick your apps and let it rip and it installs them all.  I got a sound bar, but I must say the sound from the TV itself was very impressive.  It sounded like there were speakers to far left and right.  I went ahead and got rid of our other surround sound system.

Incredible picture and very impressive sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this TV for Christmas to replace a 55" 12 year old LCD TV. The picture is fantastic, but a little dark sometimes. Thanks to the thin bezel, it is only about 2-3 inches longer than my old 55". There is a higher learning curve on the new smart TV's than the older LCD TV's. I read a lot of reviews by individuals and by experts and decided on the LG OLED TV and I am very satisfied that I did.
While the LG OLED was somewhat more than I wanted to spend, I think it will pay in the long run, I would definitely recommend the LG OLED65CDPUB TV to anyone looking for a new TV.

Awesome picture and great features

Simple put, the best TV I've ever had. Watching movies is a joy. Dolby vision makes the colors pop. HDR is perfect. I'm a big gamer and it checks all the boxes. It has hdmi 2.1 so it will connect to all the new Xbox and Playstation consoles. No latency and gamer mode is perfect. It's definitely my dream television. Just buy it.

Exceptional television

Great picture

Upgrade from a 55” LG 4K tv. Stunning picture difference! Paired with the LG 5.1.2 soundbar and wireless subwoofer and back channel speaker pkg and it's turned my living room into a movie theatre.

Lovin it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I guess TV's are really based on how good a constant signal you can fgind,I haed wired ours from router with best ethernet cable available,and fastest internet AT&T can provide but still find it loses signal or better yet each time live broadcasting comes on its constantly trying to adjust picture(each commercial or returning back to program causes the picture to be terrible till it can readjust itself).If it keeps up I might be forced to go back to cable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality of this TV is outstanding; it's everything I was looking for.  The OS is cumbersome to use and the remote doesn't help. The remote has 50 buttons and I use like 5 of them; could be better.

Amazing picture. Operating system lacking.

There are so many things I love about this TV but it is so disappointing that there's no picture-in-picture or multiview option. It was very expensive and does so many things but not that. Also there's a button on my remote for Google assistant and when I click it my television says that it's not available in this country.

No PIP/Multiview!

Sound system is not upto the market given how costly this TV is. Magic remote also doesn't work properly and needed a replacement.
