[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this TV at Christmas time 2019.  Took a while before setting up.  Love the heavy sturdy base.  I intented to install on wall but Wife over-rode my opinion.  Say what>  Picture is great.  Notice some pixelation but do not think it is the TV.  Believe I used older HDMI cable and need to install 4k HDMI.  Features are also great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this TV 5 weeks ago and I still find my self amazed at the quality of the picture. The picture is exceptional regardless of whether I am watching cable, streaming or DVD content. I also like the pointer feature on the remote. It makes selection and entering search information very easy.

Amazing picture quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture on this tv is AMAZING!  Unfortunately, there are issues with some of the features listed.  The big ones on the forums have to do with gaming, but for me it is surround sound.  This tv really hates Denon receivers.  I also tried a Panasonic and that didn't work either.  I won't bore you with the details but you can just Google receivers and this TV to pull up a list of grievances.

I am probably going to return this TV since I am still within the 90 day timeframe

Paid top dollar for a tv without the listed featu

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No matter the incredible picture quality of any television, which this one has, there are occasions when the user would like to tweak the picture a little bit. At least include sharpness,contrast and brightness options in the menu, and perhaps tint and color. Sometimes the picture presets are not adequate. To have to go into a secret menu that you have to find online, and then navigate through that on the television is unacceptable.

Great picture...if it lasts!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Exicited to buy a better/bigger 65 inch QLED TV. Got it at Costco, took it home, hooked it up then desaster. During setup steps it was notcresponding well to steps then stopped responding completely! I tried calling service where "tech" knew little about tv or its issues and all they could do is setup a service appt with a 3rd party company. REALLY?
So enough with that I unhooked it. Boxed it back up and returned it to Costco for exchange. 2nd new TV works very well but was told by Costco and others that this type of issue has happened often.
I had great confidence in LG products until this. There should be absolutely no reason brand new very high dollar products should not work right out of the box. I will recommend it but with VERY BIG WARNING TO MY FRIENDS.

Great product but Quality Control very questionabl

Disappointed. Yes, we've had the TV for just over 5 years, but the TV was advertised as a 30,000+ hour TV. The OLED was supposed to be this great technology that lasted a long time. We now have a huge blob in the middle of the TV from the overheating electronics ruining the display, and LG isn't taking ownership of their material defect. We're at just over 12,000 hours and if we're watching football or baseball it's not noticeable, but with other shows, especially the Simpsons, there's a huge green blob in the middle of the screen.

TV doesn't last.

OLED panel died. This television was in a spare room and saw very minimal use. Given the number of hours on the set, there is no reason for this set to be dead. For the cost, I expect better quality and support.

Purchased a 55 inch oled two years ago. Burn in started after 6 months. Now it is very significant. Reviewers mention burn in but say it should not be significant. Well it is. Rather disconcerting to see ghost images. They started as a faint image. Now they cover the bottom half of my tv and are significantly visible when there is a single color in the background.
