Features that I didn't expect.

First LG TV that I've ever bought and I love it. Picture quality is superb, very easy to install and set up. Looking to buy a new frig and will definately be looking at LG.

Great Quality

Replacing an old LG TV where the picture had become very blue. This new QNED TV has top class picture quality and quite reasonable sound (we have stopped having to use our sound bar). Installation was painless although obviously easier with two people for a TV of this size.

Bright clear picture quality

Wanted a high quality, easy to use, solid performing TV. And I found it with this model. Some website classify this as a budget edition. In my view, there's nothing budget about it. Granted, like all TVs these days you'll get better audio from a sound bar. But this is a great TV, and worth every penny

Nothing Budget about this

Perfect TV for wall mounting on a wall by a window in a bright flat. Wide viewing angle, fast refresh rate, great colours. Much faster processor than entry level makes using the OS a breeze. Use the browser for xbox cloud gaming and save it to the homepage to get all gaming features.

I have owned several LG TVs.  I really miss my LG OLED TV (55") which I sold during a move.  This current model has a beautiful screen when watching straight in front.  Great pricing for what you get.  Extreme side view angles can be a little too bright and color washed.  But over all, I'm very happy with my purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has a very nice picture.  I continue to not be a fan of the magic remote though.  At least it has an option of clicking the ring to get rid of the cursor, but the cursor is the main way it's supposed to interface and it isn't easy to use.  

The reason for the 3 stars is that we're having a recurring firmware problem.  I set up the remote to control a Sonos soundbar connected to the TV via optical out, and also a Roku stick connected by HDMI.  We've had the TV for a month or so and two times so far, control of external devices through the magic remote has stopped working. Two times I have called customer support, which has been helpful both times.  It seems that a hard reset on the TV is necessary to restore functionality.  This is inconvenient to say the least.

We Have a Bug!

This was a supposed upgrade from my older LG TV but the picture quality is at best not as good but at worst it looks like its from the 80's. No matter what settings I try the picture looks washed out. I'm very disapointed with it as I generally like LG products, hence the purchase, but after this I'm not sure I would buy again if this is the direction they are going in.
