Performance to price point this TV is fantastic. It was quick and easy to set it up and the settings allow for a good variety of viewing experiences. There is no shortage of apps and the tv remote works great with the wand function.

Great QNED tv.

I had never own a Korean product so my first purchase was a Samsung smart tv and it was a disappointment. Didn't last me 4 years. I was recommended by a few people to get myself a Vizio or LG instead and that I wouldn't be disappointed. To be honest they were right and I'm loving my new tv.

Awesome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We live on a houseboat and the 55 inch is the perfect size.  Picture quality is crisp and colorful. I also really like the sound!  No more having to put on closed captioning so I know what people are saying.  It also automatically lowers opening music and such.  Still getting used to the remote. I do like how the home button works, giving me access to my streaming account as well as LG and live TV.  Shows a variety of movie options from my streaming channels right up front. I am still having issues getting used to the coordination of the mouse button in the middle.

Great upgrade from previous LG!

Extremely happy with this TV. I am replacing a 16 yr old LG and had to get caught up on new TV tech. I'm not in anyway disappointed or dissatisfied with my selection. Set-up was a breeze as the TV own internal guide helped with anything I had questions about. AI gave me the best picture for my taste and this TV working with my surround sound is giving me fantastic audio. I also am enjoying the huge selection of LG channels. I think this is the best purchase I could have made.

Totally fantastic TV LG is the best.

Great picture, good sound options. Remote is very clunky if you can't hold your hand perfectly steady. And no app for DirecTV Streaming, must use a ROKU device.

Great picture, but has some weaknesses.

Negative points first - I purchased this TV even though many reviews stated that the sound quality via the TV speakers was below average, and I can confirm that the sound (through the TV's speakers) is mediocre, at best 4.5/10 and that is after twiddling with the settings to improve it. 
The sound lacks richness and power and there is minimal bass. I suppose one could argue that if you didn't know ‘quality sound', you'd be none the wiser, but I honestly think you would and I strongly suggest that, to get the very best from this TV, you WILL REALLY need a Soundbar or Sound System!

The only other negative is that I found the initial ‘Setup Settings' Menu difficult to read from a distance. I found that I had to go nearer to the TV to read it. However, after I'd set all those settings, I haven't used that menu since.

Positive Points – Basically, Absolutely Everything Else – For the mid-range price, the Screen, Quality, Colours, Brightness, Blacks, Viewing Angles, User Friendly Remote, Menus, Apps, Television itself and the stand are all excellent and if you exclude the TV speakers sound, I'd rate it at 9/10!

Needless to say, I have a Home Cinema Sound System connected and with this setup, watching an Action Movie (like James Bond – Spectre or Star Trek VI) with surround sound is awesome and IMHO, could be rated at nearly 10/10. However, if you are relying on the TV speakers, it drops to 5/10, purely because of the sound.

Conclusion: An excellent QNED TV BUT ONLY if you have a Soundbar or Sound System!

The general installation was ok but here was a lack of documentary instructions and had to search for that on LG website. The installation did not refer to LG website location for it. For starters, it may be quite difficult to understand what they were setting up.

Early Days to decide how happy

Tv has excellent picture quality and color. However, I purchased this TV because it's suppose to work with Alexa and other echo devices and it don't. Furthermore--you have to devote hours to researching how to set up TV because no guide or set up instructions are included. Finally, the Magic Remote is very sensitive and extremely hard to use.

Not what I thought TV was going to be

TV is fine.  Documentation for use and operation of TV is useless and virtually non-existant.  I have been very disappointed.
