I bought this phone from my local carrier about 2 weeks ago and since then I love it. For about 250 all these features is amazing! Although it doesn't support 5G wifi, at first it was what made me over look this phone but when I got the phone it wasn't much of a problem. If you're looking for a new cheap but powerful phone that has a good battery choose the LG X Power 3.

I got this phone a little bit ago. I really like this phone. It may have the same ROM and RAM and battery as the X power 2. But the system files take up less storage and I like the re-design and the fingerprint sensor. In my opinion though I don't love the new sounds but that does not affect this phone. I really like it. I will continue to buy LG.

It is a great phone

I find my new lg x power 3 extremely user friendly and it exceeds my everyday needs. If you are a baby boomer that wants the basic bells and whistles..an awesome full def screen , excellent battery and complete with Google assistant to answer all your questions no matter how silly they may be.. this phone is an awesome affordable choice. Hooray lg x power 3

I have had this phone 1 year and its working like new. I hate charging phones and the battery lasts a long time and charges fast. While its not a flagship phone with cutting edge parts and ridiculous pricing; its more than adequate for the things i do: text, call, take some pictures and play some games and using some apps: like weather, facebook, spotify, etc.

Great battery life.

Bought the phone when it launched in Canada a few days ago. I like the thin profile, Moroccan blue is a great color, and the battery is good. Camera is definitely an upgrade on what I used to have (Samsung J 3).

I had read reviews/specs for other markets and the Canadian release was lacking in comparison. instead of 16mp rear camera its 13gb, instead of a whopping 6000mah battery, massive 128gb memory and a huge 6gb of ram; we got 4500mah battery, 16gb of memory (expandable) and 2 gb of ram.

For the price point in Canada it is a solid phone, and if your looking for something similar and maybe a bit lower or generic then an A 8 I think this phone is good. Not great, but good.

Solid phone, but lacks the international luster

I bought this around November, and recently put call barring for all incoming calls tried turning it off where I turned it on and it didn't work, tried dialing a code to cancel all call barring settings now I can't make calls either. Can someone help?

I have had this phone for one year now and the only good thing I can say about it is the Battery life is phenomenal. The lack of storage is terrible because of all the pre- installed apps that I don't even want or need. I am constantly uninstalling something so I can keep my important apps up to date. What a joke thia phone is. Save your money and get something with more storage.

Don't waste your $ unless looking for cheap phone

I have owned this phone for several months now and as far the phone goes, it's awesome! HOWEVER... I have come to learn that the SD card can not be used to expand the internal storage. As such, the phone is constantly maxing out the storage. I have been able to move app storage for many of the apps I use over to the SD card but the card cannot be used as " internal storage."

Based on the research I have done, Android has made the ability to use your SD card as internal storage possible since the Marshmallow was released. According to several forums, some phone manufacturers disable this feature. While I'm not suggesting that LG may be one of those, it is not a feature that is available to take advantage of on the LG X3. As a result, my great phone is left to be limited in way too many ways.

It's a love/ hate relationship

1.-  Screen broke a week after getting it.  Checking reviews I learnt that for some reason this model's screen seems to be fragile

2.-  Not intuitive.  Have to manually connect (Bluetooth) to headphones, camera, speaker...  Every time...

3.-  My sd card continues to be ejected every couple days, so I have to restart the phone for it to id it

Wish I had checked reviews before getting it

First of all. LG XPower 3 is a phone that will serve you well if you are not heavily invested into buying a proper phone.

Cons: It does not allow 5G WiFi connection, it does not allow bootload unlook (root access), and the GHz 1.4 limits the ability for this phone to run smoothly for most average-graphics apps or games that demand a better processor. The bloatware apps (unnecessary apps) that come with this phone can't be unnistaled due to unavailable root access. Bloatware apps take about 10 to 20% of your available space. Inability to withstand multiple windows, app crashes due to low built-in processors.


Pros: Althought the camera is not the best quality and may take too long to focus woth the lens it has included, I believe it is not an issue for simple day-to-day selfies or miscellaneous tasks. If you are into taking lots of pictures, this phone is not for you. Specially when we consider the low internal storage being only 8GB. The phone runs smoothly for Google surfing and running apps that do not demand RAM usage; such as social media apps. Interface is visually appealing and comfortable, and a wide variety of customizable icons and backgrounds are available right as you first enter into your phone. Multi-window is a feature that allows you to have two apps running at the same time, it is a nice multitasking tool, but due to the screen not being big enough, this utility can become quite uncomfortable to use. No problems with calls. No problems with bugs.

Overall: For the cheap price. It completes most of the average user needs. But XPower 3 does not satisfy the Performance wants for gaming, photography, and Administration Access (root). I would not recommend this phone, perhaps not because it is bad, but because it is not a good competitor for what most brands have to offer nowdays.

Very Basic. Lacks Popularity. Slow.
