Assembly Instructions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Biggest model kit I've put together. Handsome building. I'd add a ratchet strap to the tool list to make the job one person possible by pulling sections together for fasteners. Also triangle shaped eves are one person possible by not attaching vents till assembled so you have a hand hold for them. Wind vulnerable till most of roof on another good time to support with ratchet straps and pallet it comes on. You can leave white plastic film on windows to obscure view into the shed with plenty of light to spare.

A couple tips for assembly. One person assembly possible  I did it.

I haven't started building the shed yet but my experience so far has been excellent.  My shed extension arrived with 2 severely damaged pieces.  I used the contact number and explained the issue.  There was no hesitation and within minutes replacements parts were on their way.  Two days later I received the replacements parts in excellent condition.  Absolutely great company to work with and I highly recommend them.  The quality of the product looks great and I can't wait to assemble it.  Thanks Lifetime team!

Great Customer Service

Enjoyed the BILT app when assembling the shed very easy; however, the paper instructions were able to show the different bolts and screws more effectively for assembly. I have since added three more extensions onto the shed. Overall, the product is as advertised and would recommend it to others for purchasing.

Parts arrived in great shape

We purchased the shed to store a golf cart.  We love it!  The tri-fold doors are what sold us.   We installed the shed on a concrete base and were really happy we did that as we were assembling.  Our result was perfect, everything squared off and the doors open and close without issue.  My recommendation is to build the shed using the on-line video, The manual was not helpful at all. Once completed, the shed was very sturdy and looks great,

11x11 shed

If you struggle with Ikea furniture, this shed is not for you. There were so many little things that made assembly frustrating when it doesn't need to be. The best example is the plastic protective coating on the skylights that was nearly impossible to remove. I eventually got it all properly assembled and it seems sturdy once complete, but not super water tight.

I found your instructions to be very unhelpful with conflicting diagrams.  More time needs to be inserted for a increase blow up of the drawings.  Especially at the door diagrams

Building the Lifetime 11 x 11 shed with 30" extention

Lifetime products are very durable to any weather. On this design the front door is very problematic, difficult to level and adjust. Side hinges very fragile and in my opinion the pin should de inside not exposed to exterior. Front top panels hard to installed since the external covers on the corners tend to be large, so the front and rear roof panels don't meet correctly with the triangular panels. The locks for the window are fragile, too soft plastic. I hope they can improve this parts soon, other than that very roomy .

design needs some updates

I just purchased this shed and assembled. Instructions are barely adequate. The parts are extremely cheap quality. Even once assembled it is not very strong. I would not secure anything inside of any value. It can lock but would only take seconds to get into and provides little to no security. Overall all just a very cheap plastic shed that cost a good bit of money. I was hoping to use it fo a motorcycle and some lawn equipment but I am sure it would disappear. It will serve for temporary junk storage until I can put a shed of decent quality in.
