I just purchased my second 11' X 21'. Had the first one 3 years now and never a drop of moisture in it. Assembly is easy, you just have to pay attention to the part/bag numbers in each step of the instructions. Awesome product!

Amazing customer service!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this building awhile back. Finally found a contractor to install. As they were putting the building together they discovered that no door were in any of the boxes. I called manufacturer and they took the numbers and shipped the door right out to me.

Out building

We bought this shed several years ago and it looks almost as good as new. A few years ago, we discovered that someone had tried to break in while we were out of town. The door lock brackets were bent, along with part of the door hanging hardware, but no one got in! Recently, one piece of corner trim and one skylight were broken during a serious hail storm. I finally had to call for parts and it was a totally painless experience. Lifetime has a great product, warranty, and customer support department. I should have called sooner! So happy with the service!

Great shed!

I am 58 years old and I have owned and assembled a number of plastic sheds over the years with relatives and friends.  I also check out the latest plastic sheds at the lumber stores and Costco.  The LIFETIME SHEDS are by far the best built engineered plastic sheds on the market.  As soon as you feel how thick and heavy the individual plastic wall, floor, and roof sections are you know that got your money's worth.  

The large assembly screws are strategically placed in several key locations to guarantee the shed is going to stay together.  I have owned other sheds that are poorly engineered and over time the roof pulls away from the top of the wall because it was only held together a couple of screws.  LIFETIME has several screws along the roof and wall, plus contours in the plastic that suck in the roof to the wall making sure that it will never come apart.  There are several large screws holding together each wall panel.

My shed had three metal support bars per roof panel to handle the snow load.  Compare this with the competition.

When we recently moved I was able to dismantle my 11 X 21 shed and assemble it without instructions because it is so logically engineered. During the move I somehow lost a small piece and Lifetime's Customer Service was excellent to deal with.  I highly recommend their sheds.

BEST ENGINEERED PLASTIC SHED I EVER PURCHASED.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over the years, we have purchased an assortment of Lifetime products, including this 11x21 outdoor shed. During the assembly of the wall braces, a number of the pieces became damaged, due to an outside source. A call to Lifetime customer service, I ordered the necessary pieces, and was cheerfully told, there would be no charge for this. To say the least,  I was quite surprised. It is somewhat rare in this day, to find a company, that is so willing to go above and beyond at their expense, to satisfy their client base. So I will remain a customer, just knowing that they will be there for me, in my time of need.

WE ARE A LIFETIME FAMILY

I bought this 4 years ago and have not had any problems with it, until recently.  My problem was very minor, one of the wheels that run along the track to open the bi-fold door had a piece broken off of it. I called Friday, and talked to a very pleasant guy (Jose) and was told that the parts were under a 10 year warranty and would be replaced free of charge,  I emailed my receipt and received the replacement parts on Monday.  I thank them for a very speedy response.  I would not hesitate to buy any of their products again. Oh, I also bought the 8 x 10 shed a week after the garage.

Great garage

Love the shed (extra garage). Only complaint is rusted out hinges and the fact that they cannot be easily replaced as they are welded in place. Good news is that it's covered by warranty and the process of getting replacement parts was quick and easy.

Door warp and won't close when its a sunny day.  Wish I had never bought this shed. Called customer service and the response was "plastic expanse when hot".  I never would have known that without that great insight, to bad the person designing this didn't get that wisdom.  Not sure if quality is just horrible post Covid (this was out of stock for over a year and a half) or I received a dud but ether way I wouldn't recommend this product from lifetime.

Doors are VERY hard to open when hot.
