Excellent products, well made, with comprehensive instructions provided which resulted in perfect build.  Only drawback was insufficient wall hooks for my own needs, however on e-mailing the company in US, I was delighted to receive a response from Customer Service within 24 hours confirming an extra set would be shipped to the UK on receipt of my contact details.   This has now arrived safely and already in use.   Thank you for your excellent truly international post purchase service proving that 3000+ miles is no barrier to delivering a helpful and courteous business philosophy.

I call Lifetime Customer Service and received the missing pieces 2days later. It took 2 weeks to ship from Costco (they were no help , only would send me out another shed in 2 weeks)

Missing Parts

This is my second purchase of a Lifetime Vertical shed within one year.   Easy to put together for those with a mechanical skill set.  Although it's easier with assistance from another individual, I was able to put it together by myself within 2 hours, using a two by four pick of wood to hold the walls up, and a heavy brick on the roof to screw it down.  The material is very strong and really stands up to the weather.

Perfect Shed for my needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our Lifetime Vertical Storage Shed over a year ago.  We 70 year olds put it together easily, it required few tools. The UTube video was extremely helpful with the step by step construction.  When constructed it is very sturdy and water tight.  The interior holds much more than we thought that it would.  The included hooks are very useful and when we placed an order for an additional six hooks the customer service department could not have been more helpful, pleasant, and efficient.  In a world where few products live up to expectation this shed and the Lifetime customer service department far exceeded our expectations, and the price was less than many others that we looked at.  It is a terrific product in every way.

I think that that materials are excellent including heavy duty plastic and metal pieces. Some of the assembly instructions, primarily some of the visual representations of the pieces could be better. I have previous experience with Lifetime shed assembly, it took me about 5 hours to put this together.

Great customer service!

My shed was ordered from Costco and arrived on 4/11/19 without the hardware and the box was really beat up. (FedX Delivery). I ordered replacement parts on 4/12/19 and they are scheduled for delivery (FedX) on 4/19/19. Too long for parts that should have come with the original delivery. Customer Service means you serving  the customer.

If it weren't for the fact that the shed, at its premise, is decent - this would be a one star review. The instructions are absolutely horrible. Not on every page, as some pages were decent.  But then nowhere several instances where it seems like whoever was in charge of those particular pages were incredibly lazy in their detail. It's apparent that the instruction manual as a whole was not done by one person. I found several mistakes and several instances where the perspective of inserting parts/screws, etc. could be greatly improved. Would not recommend this to anyone. It's not worth the hassle.
