We purchased he basketball and it arrived ahead of delivery time. Putting it together took 3 -4 hours. A basketball was suppose to be included so had to call and they are sending us one. Our the grandsons have enjoyed it especially since there is no school due to the corona virus. We were pleased with this purchase.

I bought a 48” lifetime basketball goal a few years ago in Maryland. Since then I had moved to another state and was unable to find some bolts, nuts, and small plastic parts to re-assemble the basketball goal. I called lifetime customer service and they were able to send me these missing parts in Nader a week. Great service.

Great Hoop

I bought a basketball goal months ago for my grandson, he loves it. Now it's time to adjust it.
And no adjustment arm in the box. So I call during Covid 19, finally a month later I got through .
Receiving it in 3 days. My grandson will be happy.
That what it's all about. Kids right now.

Replacement parts

I bought this 1 week ago. So far it's been great. An outdoor activity for all the family. During assembly I noticed that one of the rim hooks was broken off and lying in the box. I immediately called customer service and a new rim was immediately ordered without question and arrived 4 days later. That's what customer service is to me!

Great features and customer service!

Great products and amazing customer service

This is a great system for <12.  It is sturdy enough ans very easy to change hrs from 8'-10'.
Assembly was challenging.

Great value, challenging to assemble

It is easy for children to adjust the height, is stable even on grass, and is not difficult to move.  Good product for elementary and middle school age children, or for casual use.  I probably would purchase one of their more higher-end models if it will be routinely used by older teenagers and adults.  The only issue I've had is that recently the backboard started to curve after 2-1/2 years. Could be due to the hot Georgia sun.  I contacted customer service and sent them a couple of pictures.  A few days later I got a tracking number and a week after that I received a new backboard.

This shed seems to be quite sturdy. The skylight was difficult to attach, but otherwise it went together without any problems.

I bought a basketball hoop for my son for christmas we went to put it together and one of the hooks on the rim was broken off. I called and emailed lifetime and they said they would send me a replacement rim but its back ordered for a few weeks so here its January 14th and my son still isn't able to use his basketball hoop. Very disappointed
