Assembly process is relatively straightforward.

I bought this almost 4 years back and still going strong. I had missed the baseboard caps to avoid water being evaporated and sent an email to lifetime with pics and they shipped the parts fast as these are not available in market.

Take at least 3 Hours to assemble it, but the instructions are good.

Bought this item online and it arrived with the backboard in two pieces.  I called Lifetime and they immediately sent me a new backboard.  Customer Service was great.  Now that the basketball system is set up, my family and grandkids can have a great time playing basketball.

So far looks great!

Perfect recreational goal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a replacement to another lifetime goal we had for 15 years. So far so good. Setup was almost super easy and goal seems nice so far. It's a little load on the backboard when shooting. The sound when the ball hits is a bit loader than the last lifetime goal we had but it's works good so far.

Looks very good.  Terrible written instructions.  It is helpful that by reading QR code the video pops up with very clear instructions.

Very good intermediate basketball goal

Bought this a few weeks ago. Easy to put together. But after putting product together and shooting some hoops, we realized the the backboard it very loud. It sounds and feels very flimsy. Backboard also has a curve to it.

Nice Product

We just bought this for our grandkids, assembled it and added water. That’s when we found the crack in the plastic weld off the base. So now I’m looking at having to add water every so often so the grandkids can use it without it falling over. I’d share the image of the leak but that link isn’t working

Great except for….

Purchased product 2 days ago and assembled Christmas morning. Filling up base with water and leak in front of base as well as larger Crack where ball rests on base. Child very disappointed which makes father extremely disappointed.

Cracked and leaking base

Bought it to bring home and be able to assemble and then play basketball with my son. Only to open the box start assembling and the backboard was completely separated from the frame.
