Can be straightforward with clear instructions, but also confusing with some parts.

Ok let me just say I never leave reviews. I purchased the bball set for us while we are stuck at home during this coronavirus pandemic. Before I purchased it I read the reviews and must said it would take 3-4 hours. And they were right lol but I have to say the set is durable, adjusts easily and looks great. I ended up using water to fill the base. The day after I set it up we had strong winds in the Bronx but the court didnt budge. All in all I felt like I got my money's worth so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our hoop and had a handy man put it up. All was good until he discovered the handle to move the hoop up and down was missing! Ugh. But the hoop was still functional and we could adjust the hoop using a stick. Not ideal but worked. I emailed the Customer Service contact and provided the model number and part number (both located in the assembly guide) and they responded 3 days later. Asked for my address and phone number and shipped me a new piece at no cost. :) I will purchase Lifetime products again in my Lifetime! ;)

i needed to get some replacement parts for a basketball pole that I had purchased. When I called to get the parts replaced I received some of the best customer service from Heidi. She was able to order the parts promptly and even suggested the hardware that went along with the parts requested. Service like this is not possible through automated service representatives. This Hoop is durable and has endured teens, snow, wind and rain.  Multiple relocations -- moved to the street edge for play and put back in a corner of the driveway by the garage.  It's been well used and loved, we needed some wheels to keep the goal portable and Halie quickly researched the product from photo's -- it has allot of age/use -- found the wheels and they are enroute. Exceptional Customer Service -- Durable Portable Hoop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a portable basketball hoop 3 years ago and a fallen tree damaged the base. It took me 2 years + to desire to fix the hoop. I called in and it only took a few minutes for them to find what I needed. After confirming purchase of the base they included a couple additional parts needed and didn't charge for them. I was glad I made the decision to fix the hoop instead of throwing it out.

I work at a youth and community association and we have a couple of these hoops. Over the years we lost some of the parts for these, meaning we could no longer use them. I contacted the company and requested replacement parts for this. They responded quickly and sent the parts out right away with no charge. Really pleased with the service

For the price, it is decent. However, since they recommend filling with sand, they need to rethink how the sand is loaded. Also, when assembling, use ratchets. The way they recommend is not realistic unless you have three people helping to fill. Also, if you don't see yourself moving upward of 450 lbs, just consider system designed to be cemented. But for the price it gets the job done. I would not fill with water. My base came with a pinhole in the center on the bottom and top of the base, so water would surely leak.

Decent for the price.
