I called about ordering a replacement part for an indoor basketball system that my sons and their friends all love. The part broke because of overuse, not anything defective on Lifetime's part.  Not only were they able to get the replacement part to me, they did it in less than a week and for no charge. Absolutely above and beyond in terms of standing behind their products!

Bought a double shot back in 2017 and recently it stopped working. After some troubleshooting found that the electronics unit on the back of the backboard may have gone out. Called customer service and the representative was very friendly and happy to help. Gave her the model number and additional information and she said she could send out a new electronics unit immediately. The news got even better when she said there would be no charge for this mentioning that there had been some earlier problems with some other units. Thoroughly impressed and was happy to pay since it's over 5 years old but was pleasantly surprised with no charge! Thank you

Way to stand behind your product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This game is awesome! My 9 and 11 year olds (and me!) love it and play all the time! After over 2 years of play it's still going strong! Blackjack  is the best! The only reason I am even taking the time to write a review is because I just called to see if I could order a replacement net/ball return because ours is getting beat up. Not only was the rep super pleasant but I was able to get a replacement and they sent it for free! Holy crap! Imagine that...a company nowadays with nice people answering the phone AND taking pride in their product! I wasn't even complaining about the old net I just wanted a new one to spruce it up and I fully expected to pay for it. It seems any time I have to call anywhere for anything anymore it's nothing but aggravation. What an awesome experience calling Lifetime!

I'm speechless! Wish there were 6 stars!

Have an older version which has mainly held up very well. Nets were worn and sensors weren't very reliable and I contacted the customer service department to order replacements and they are shipping them to me free of charge. Customer service such as this is uncommon these days. Buy with confidence that they will stand behind their products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had broken legs on my double shot (rough kids). I called to see if I could order new parts and as usual Lifetime took care of it at no cost to us!  This is why we always get our outdoor products from them.  Thank you Lifetime for ALWAYS being awesome!!!!

Customer service rocks

I can't be happier with the service that I have had from Lifetime. In both cases, on two different products, the service has been outstanding, with great communication from knowledgeable people. I should add that neither case was due to defective product, yet the service people were still very helpful.

Good product but even better service

Bought this over Black Friday sale and just got around to putting it together. This took about 1.5 hours and instructions were very good. I had an issue with one of the lower legs and walked into a local store to see if they could replace it. They couldn't help as they do not stock parts, but told me to get in contact with Support for a replacement. I called Support and spent 5 minutes (beginning to end) to log an issue on Thursday afternoon. I soon had the new part on Saturday afternoon and back in business.

The product is sturdy and worth the extra money and although the part was bent, the Support experience is what confirmed Lifetime has a strong product and great customer service to follow-up in the event it is needed.

Awesome Product and Worth the Money

I bought this for my almost 6 year old twin grandsons and they LOVE it ! and so does DADDY !!! LOL  They live in Michigan with many days they can't play outside so this was a welcome Christmas gift for them and mom and dad!!! Great entertainment. 
Was a bit of a challenge to assemble.

Took a while to put together but went together after I got back from the Hardware Store with the parts I needed to do it.  Still missing some.
The kids loved it after taking 6 hours to put it together.

Shouldn't be too difficult to design and manufacture one of this, correct? Wrong, Be prepared to be frustrated for a couple of hours and be sure to buy a lot of extra washers as screws are longer than they should and you need to add 3 to 4 washers more per screw.
Unveliebable how a company like this can state that they have some sort of quality control.
Once you figure out the assembly the product is an expensive piece of junk....

bad Engineering and zero quality control.
