[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this tetherball! It works in grass or on our driveway, and holds its own against some pretty competitive games! This is a fun outdoor game for our kids and teens when our yard isn't quite flat about anywhere for a volleyball net.

Excelent Customer Service

We bought this 2 years ago now, and it has been in constant use by our two boys (10-14). Great value for the money, and recently when the strap on the ball wore out from so much heavy use the company sent us a new one without any hassles! Great product and great service.

We purchased this product at the Lifetime store.  It has been amazing.  Our tetherball broke & Lifetime was amazing to work with.  They are shipping us a new tetherball quickly & couldn't be happier with purchasing all of our backyard toys with them.

High Quality Product

While there was a long wait due to COVID-19 staffing reductions the attentiveness by customers service staff was outstanding. Call was dropped by carrier part way through but the customer service continued to process replacement parts request and then confirmed to my voice mail. Many thanks to all especially Danny!!

Great Service

Bought a few weeks ago, gave to our son for his 8th birthday, assembled easily enough. Only issue is the metal locking assembly for attaching the ball will not stay closed!!! It seems to have a defect because after every game you have to retighten it closed. It continues to open despite trying different positions and having to screw it closed every 10 minutes or so! Happy with rest of set up but something isn't right in this important detail!
