Great product, the kids love it.  Only negative is it was shipped thru FedEx and  it 
took 2 attempts to get it delivered even though I was here when they claimed they attempted a delivery.  Again they either didn't come out or went to the wrong house.     Whenever an item sold by Walmart is sent this way FedEx screws up.   UPS never does this

Great hoop for the price! Wasnt too bad to put together. I am not handy with tools AT ALL and was able to do it by myself, but did need a little help from my daughter with the backboard. Instructions are very detailed and easy to follow. Looking forward to my son enjoying this awesome hoop!

Great for the price!

We bought this because we wanted our kids to have fun while we have to stay home because of COVID-19. All play grounds have been closed. It doesn't matter anymore! This is the best thing we Could have bought and this particular brand and size works for all our family to play together. Little and big.

This company's customer service is great. I needed a replacement part and they were on it right away.  It can be put together in less than 2 hours.  The backboard does not bounce around with the base weighed down as instructions suggest.

The kids love it! We had no problem putting it together. My husband rolls it down to the street for the kids or they use it at the top of the driveway.

This isn't a bad hoop for the price.  The Built app makes putting it together much easier.  I would recommend for those who need a place to ball during quarantine without spending too much of their stimulus money, lol.

Overall it's a very good hoop with adjustable heights. It's not fiberglass but gets the job done. Mine came with a dented pipe so they didn't fit into each other. I called the company and they were very helpful and shipped the replacement part at no charge in two days.

Great Value for the price

I bought this basketball system for my elementary school aged grandson about 3 years ago and he plays on it often, as well as my 26 year old son.  It took a couple of hours to put it together and it is a well designed system.  However I live in the southwest and when it is windy it gets knocked over.  I had filled the base with water and that obviously wasn't enough weight.  I am getting the backboard replaced since it has become slightly bent from the falls and Lifeline is replacing it for the shipping cost only which is a great deal.  I am going to stake it down with new headboard and put sand in it this time.

Bought this for Christmas but the u-bolt bent while being installed.  Tried to get replacement part from Lifetime twice but it never arrived.  Trying to find a matching u-bolt online.  If I can find one and finally put this together, will update the review.
