So far this is a great grinder. The conical burr is quieter than my old disc burr grinder. It does drop a little ground coffee when I remove the canister, but that's gravity. Not too much static in the grounds and the grind seems accurate. I like that you can run it without beans to get ground coffee leavings out of the machine. I hope it lasts.

Overall performance of the coffee maker and the pcoffee produced is very good.  Easy to clean and program.  A bit noisy while dripping

This is the worst grinder I've ever owned. First off when I bought it the site said it had measurement settings for up to 14 cups.  Not so! It only has settings for 12. Second, this grinder is useless!  My cheap Black
And Decker non-conical grinder does a better job than this piece of garbage!  It took 20 minutes to get the amount seen minus the whole beans that fell in from cleaning out the burrs. More grinds stayed above the burrs then made below to the chamber that feeds the grinds into the catcher! This product isn't worth the materials used to make it let alone the price that's being charged for this huge disappointment!
