My daughter absolutely loves her new LoL dollhouse !! Wish it were easier to assemble but thats mostly due to the confusing instructions .. good quality and again made my little girl so happy so I'm happy

LoL House

Super fast, stress free delivery! Came when expected, was able to track it and was a good price. I havent opened it yet as its a Christmas gift. The only thing i dont like is it was left on my step because i wasnt home.

Lol house

I purchased this for my 8 yr old granddaughter and she absolutely loves it. I is so well made, and extremely colourful, kind of retro....I am very impressed with this item!!

L O L wooden doll house

Better than the picture. Big size, nice and sturdy. Kids loved it and perfect to house their OMG and lol dolls. Shipment came in 10days early as disclosed during the purchase. Early is better than late :)

Great buy.

The home turned out awesome! The rooms are wide enough to fit furniture well. Little surprise cubies for LOL's to sleep are cute (in the piano). Rooftop has a switching panel for either city view or beach view - nice touch.  The instructions can be difficult for someone not used to building, and can be a bit tricky to line up the screws with the holes when you can't always see. Takes patience to build.

Building LOL Home

My daughter received this for Christmas and it was very easy to assemble. She absolutely LOVES it as she now finally has somewhere “official” to play with all of her LOL and OMG dolls. The middle 2 levels aren't high enough for an OMG doll to stand up, but they aren't free-standing dolls anyway and she has no complaints about having to sit them down on furniture vs standing. OMGs can stand on the bottom level, upper level outdoor seating and in the elevator. It's great for both the original LOLs as well as OMGs!

The product is advertised as “real wood” but note that it is not painted wood, it's laminated particle board and as such, would not be suitable to getting wet. Be careful around the swimming pool - if the particle board gets wet, it will leave a watermark and could start peeling. As soon as we opened it, we noticed a small section of the laminate was peeling away from the side - nothing krazy glue couldn't fix. The box was also damaged in one of the corners during shipping, resulting in barely noticeable damage to one of the corners of the house. Not enough to return or complain.  

The box was huge and very heavy. You need a car and 2 ppl to lift it in to the car. It would fit in most trunks with the back seats down or in the backseat. I would not recommend picking this item up with children that have to sit in a back car seat as you will not be able to fit both (unless you have a 7-seater). I had it delivered to the store because I didn't want my daughter to see the packaging… but would otherwise have had it shipped to home. It came packed in a nondescript brown box but the box still did say LOL OMG dollhouse on it. 

Overall it was an EXCELLENT buy. Great quality for the price. My daughter didn't care or even notice it was last-year's model. Super happy with this purchase and would highly recommend!! Photo attached (doesn't include camera and tripod that she has set up to make her own “YouTube” videos with the dolls!).

Amazing Christmas Gift!! Great value!

My daughters love it but know that it's pretty flimsy materials and some of the particle board aplit while we put it together. Not great value for money and it is not real wood.

LOL dollhouse

Does not even fit the dolls?!!! Why would they do that ? Took a lot of work and time to put together as well , but my daughter likes it ( aside from sizing issue )

OMG  Doll house that OMG dolls are too big for ?

Decent enough doll house however this is particle board which is not what I would consider ‘real wood' as described. I bought it when it was on sale for half price, I wouldn't pay full price for this doll house.

Overpriced

Took me hours to assemble for my daughter. The toy toilet piece that requires battery doesn't work even after changed the required batteries. Also, I had to glue a couple of the wood pieces as they were either chipped or broken.

Prepared for lots of assembly time and defects
