The product itself works great. My stylist uses it, and I have purchased it online successfully before. This batch, however, must have sat around for a good long while at the warehouse. It is much drier and more hard than it should be,  so it is much more difficult to use and to transfer from fingertips to hair. It should be much creamier. I would have returned the two-pack, but I was completely out and thought it would soften on my fingers, but it does not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Putty is discolored. Should be white not beige. Container was only 2/3 full. Should be a light weight, fluffier product. It's old, gummy, too thick to use and sank into container. I threw it out. Don't buy this.
