I am very pleased with this oximeter.  It seems well constructed and is accurate with the readings of my doctor. I previously purchased generic made in China brands elsewhere and the difference it quality is extremely evident.

Good qality and accurate.

great unit, and accurate.  is a Registered Medical Device with the Canadian Government.  Most of the rest are not.  I compared the reading on this device with the one that my Oxygen Therapist has, and it is within 1 percent.   the reading will vary depending which finger you put it on.  the color display is very clear, bright, and easy to read.  gives you your pulse, and heart rate too.

Found LOOKEE LK501A Delux Finger Pulse Oximeter very easy and accurate item for getting instant level of Oxygen in your blood. Also gives the pulse rate at the same time. People with COVID-19 infection in lungs can lower the Oxygen level in blood will benefit with this instant Oxygen Saturation level. A very low level may mean hospitalization or a source of Oxygen gas to bring it to normal range of 95-1005%.

Usefulness of owing an Oximeter

I usually take avg of 3 readings atleast and sometimes i see the readings are way off from each other but end of the day i got this to make sure it gives approximate reading..i observed the times that i get low readings are either due to bad placement of my index fingertip or it being moist or me having the finger in air so the infrared signal doesnt pass enough through the skin.overall build quality is good and i got matching readings of heart rate with my galaxy smartwatch..so i presume the readings are more accurate than i expected.

Great device. Love that it has a Health Canada certification. Spring hinge could be a little tighter. Also the pulse tracing is not as good as my last pulse oximeter. Just a line graph and not as shown in the product pictures. I would but it again though.

Certified medical device

It takes a long time to read a show. My husband is getting worse but it is taking way longer than I think it should to show reading. I have an athletic one and it shows much faster and is pretty close to this one .  I hope batteries last long like the last medical one. The cheaper athletic batteries don't last long.

Not as good as last medical one I bought

Love the rotating screen but it's slow compared to my old one (accurate and fast but no rotating  screen) also sometimes erratic ie. this am it came up with oxygen 75% pulse 125. The old one, same index finger  94% and 67.Tried a second time, showed the right reading. It's done this not infrequently in the few weeks since I've had it.
