I didn't realize that even with my cpap I still had oxygen drops. The Lookee vibrates to nudge me to turn so now I get a better sleep and when I wake up I don't have that morning “fog”. 
The Lookee ring is very reliable I.e. it does what it's supposed to do. I find that it fits comfortably on my pinkie finger. If I wake up during the night the red lighting on the Lookee lets me know that it is working. 
So far I'm very pleased with the Lookee ring and can recommend it to anyone who has sleep apnea.

Easy to set up

The functions are great: Heart rate, O2 level, O2 score, cloud repository of data. However, the ring started to break down physically after a year. The display simply got dimmer and dimmer, and now I can't even see whether it is charging.  I have to activate Bluetooth on the smartphone just to monitor its operation.  I'm on the fence as to whether I would recommend this because I don't know whether alternatives work as well and last longer.

Functions are great, won't physically last beyond

I bought one of these in 2022 and while it worked decently at first, I found after a couple of nights that I didn't need to continuously monitor my sleep O2, so it sat in a drawer until just recently when I figured I should check things again.  I charged it up, it worked that night but then it wouldn't connect to the app; I contacted Lookee's customer service and they helped me sort that out- but then the unit just suddenly wouldn't work.  The display didn't show what it should have and the light and sensor failed.  After two weeks of emails back and forth with customer service they finally determined that it was dead but since it was past the warranty period, I was just out of luck.  I used it a total of FOUR TIMES before it died.  They offered me a 10% discount to buy a new one though- in case I was dumb enough to want to risk spending $250 again and hoping this was a rare hardware failure.  Nope.  Not going to happen.  My unit should have lasted for many, many years of continuous use- not 4 times and that's it.  I wouldn't risk buying any Lookee product again now that I know how they stand behind their stuff.
