Quality

Such a cute luggage set. I purchase 2 sets for my granddaughters and they lived them.

The size was perfect , the quality and inside was great. I highly recommend this for a 2-8 year old. Also the features and quality so great.

Amazing.

Love it, can fit so much in the rolly luggage. Just have to be careful to keep it rolling on the wheels, because if it flips over you'll scratch the case.

Looks great

It had some large scratches on it when we got it home to look at, looks like it has been banged around a bit in store. Did not have a box or bag on it.

Not the best

The first one I ordered was all scuffed and looked terrible. I returned it and the second one had a scuff mark but only one. I guess they all come scuffed?!

Arrived scuffed all over

Small polka dot carrier is great! The larger carryon is very thin and not Heys quality - might be a dupe

Dupe?

Sadly, I cannot give this a good review. The big suitcase was scratched all over and the little handbag was not there. It was missing. I obviously returned it to Walmart for a refund. The only positive thing with this transaction was the lady at the customer service desk at the Port Elgin Walmart was great. I ordered a new set elsewhere.

Not Happy

The bag was not inspected before it was given to me. It was scratched, scuffed and dinged on one side. I was very upset after wating almost 45 minutes at the customer service counter and then another 15 minutes to return it.
