Just a correction for people who may be put off by the ingredients list. The list is completely wrong 😑 
I ordered two of these with trepidation as I have used this product for many years 
And it's the ONLY moisturizer I can use on the peri oral dermatitis on my face 
I guessed it was the wrong ingredient list and both my moisturisers arrived WITHOUT any change of ingredients 
As everyone with dermatitis/ rosacea/ sensitive skin knows we check ingredients with a fine tooth comb 
And this mistake on the website may put a LOT of people off buying a fantastic product

Perfect

I have dry, sensitive, acne prone - and this is the only moisturizer I have tried that works. It has transformed my skin. Im on my 5th bottle of this and do not plan on changing moisturizers. I do find it CAN look a little oily if you put too much on, I find 2-3 pumps is good for my face - if you wear makeup, just let it sit for 5-15 minutes before applying that way it doesn't pill.

I've used this moisturiser for a long time, although my new bottle seems different.  Previously it applied well and made my skin feel smooth and moisturised.
The new bottle applies well but leaves almost a 'sticky' residue, so doesn't feel absorbed and smooth.

i have dry/combo and acne skin. i bought this alongisde the Toleriane Dermo-Cleanser and used them both since 2 days ago. got an allergic reaction (i guess?) got red bumps itchy all over and kinda a rash basically. never before had something like that happen. deeply disappointing as it was a rather expensive purchase of these 2 products. bought it as my skin was very dry after an acne treatment, and this ruined my skin basically for now, so i will stop with it, not sure what to do, it doesnt even seem to have many ingredients and is marketed as for allergy/sensitive skin, so I don't know what had caused this but it was very disappointing. (i also dont usually have sensitive skin) i also used effaclar range before and it was okay but drying, but this was shocking the reaction that it created. i just wished it worked because its so expensive, and i really liked the packaging and consistency of the product. also not sure if it was the cleanser or the moisturiser or the combo of both that caused this, but for now im scared to use either

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it thinking I had found a solution for the skin on my face, since I have atopic dermatitis and my skin is always itchy and breaking out. I followed the product's instructions and applied the cream on my cheeks and on the mustache area, which in my case is a bit sensitive. Immediately, it started to burn and itch. The next day, the mustache area began to peel and form scabs-nothing like that had ever happened to me before. It even irritated part of my upper lip; eating or even smiling was painful. It's supposed to be a moisturizing liquid for sensitive skin, and I bought it specifically for that reason after seeing so many good reviews. Even cheap moisturizers from other brands were less harsh on my skin, and that's saying a lot.

bad :( irrittated my skin like crazy

I use the cream version usually, but wanted to try something lighter. Unfortunately, I reacted to this product with all over redness and a rash under my eye that I'm still recovering from.

I've been using this for years on my extremely sensitive rosacea skin but I've just noticed they've reformulated it and the second ingredient is denatured alcohol!! Please tell me why something previously approved for allergies now has alcohol in it which is extremely irritating and drying. So gutted.
